Guests will also enjoy access to community tennis courts, just an easy walk down the street. After a day on the beach, there is a hose in the front of the house that guests can use to rinse off the sand, in addition to a convenient outdoor shower.

Vaulted ceilings and an array of windows create a bright, airy main-floor living space. Great for group gatherings, kick your feet up in one of the plush sofas and settle in for a family movie night on the TV. Break out the puzzles and board games at the sunny, table nook. The full kitchen comes equipped with all major appliances and a built-in breakfast bar while the adjacent dining space is perfect for greater meals and conversation. Downstairs, a living area/playroom await for greater entertainment and downtime. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

We had the best time at this house. Because it is on a hill, the views are unparallel. We had several adults and several kids and there was more than enough space and everyone has their own bathroom! The kids had a blast in the pool and the beach was only a 5 minute walk away. Would highly recommend for a large group.

Wow, the pictures definitely don't reflect just how beautiful the views are from this house!! The sunrise over the ocean and sunsets over the sound were the highlight of our stay. We had some very windy, wet, and cold weather during our trip. So instead of hitting the beach, we used the hot tub, curled up by the fireplace, and played board games. The house is stocked with tons of board games, puzzles, kids toys, and even an old-school Nintendo that our boys couldn't get enough of! It's in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and quick drive or bike ride to downtown Duck. Super nice to be on the South Side of Duck, because it's a super quick trip to the bridge, Kitty Hawk, grocery stores, mini golf, etc. The house is huge and has tons of open space and different gathering areas. All of the bedrooms have their own bath. We had a small crew, but will definitely book for our next big group trip!
