Wake up, brew a cup of coffee, and head for the deck where you could catch a glimpse of dolphins or whales on a clear ocean day. Salty Duck provides the peaceful stay you've been looking for. This charming coastal condo is close to a variety of amusements and activities. When you aren't relaxing in the ocean breeze from the home's deck, you can head out to Wild Horse Adventure Tours, Pine Island Audubon Sanctuary, Nor'Banks Watersports, and more. You are just a 15-minute walk to the heart of the quaint village of Duck which boasts epic sunsets from the soundside boardwalks, waterfront shops, and a variety of delicious local eateries from laid-back to upscale.

With a straightforward floor plan, family time is maximized inside your retreat. Lounge in the lovely living area with ocean views or tune out with a movie. When you aren't dining out - the full kitchen comes stocked with all the basic tools.

If you aren't ready to call it a day - head for the shared pool, available Memorial Day to Labor Day. Additional shared amenities include a community beach-side pool with a spacious deck, park grill and picnic area, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, two oceanfront gazebos, and boardwalks to the beach

And when sleepiness takes over, tuck under the soft linens and dream easily before waking up to another day in paradise. New plank flooring installed for 2025!

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

We had such a great stay here. The condo was clean and comfortable. The balcony has to be the best part of this condo. I was able to enjoy a front row seat every morning to an amazing ocean sunrise and even got to see dolphins one morning! We spent so much time on the balcony. If we weren’t walking into town or on the beach we were on that balcony. I would definitely stay here again!

Great ocean view. Amazing sunrises. We even saw the moon come up one night and saw dolphins every day. The stairs were a little trying for us but to be fair we’re seniors with arthritis. We didn’t want to say goodbye to the view!!

I loved the decor - it was beachy but not kitschy. The floor appears to be new - very easy to keep clean (also easier to leave shoes outside). The view was great. The beach was great. Lots of dolphins were out playing- several jumped right out of the water. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet, which I wanted (likely very loud in summer). This place is about the view and it does not disappoint. There is also TV, internet and board games. There is a great coffee place and shops as well as a boardwalk within a .3 mile stroll.

Condo has everything you need, but it could use some updates. The ocean view from the back porch is amazing. It’s just steps away from the pool or beach. One thing I would change is the patio chairs on the deck. The high top plastic chairs aren’t comfortable for sitting.

We enjoyed our stay at Salty Paws. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The complex was very peaceful and relaxing. The unit was perfect for a couple or family with a small child. However, if you have mobility issues, the stairs would be a concern as it is two flights up. Overall, we would recommend this condo.

We were thrilled to be among the first guests of the year. The layout is comfortable with great furniture and beds--and the view is amazing! So great to be able to watch the sunrise from the balcony or easily get to the beach area. The lower level of the building offers a shower for washing off sand (the pool was not open in early May), restrooms so you don't have to return to the condo, and a coin laundry area.
