Sunset and sound views abound at this beautiful Outer Banks home in Duck. Just a stone's throw from Duck Town Boardwalk, you'll enjoy easy access to great local shopping and dining along Currituck Sound. When you're ready to hit the beach, it's a short stroll in the opposite direction! Just a short drive away, you can explore Jockey’s Ridge State Park, the Wright Brothers Memorial, H2OBX Waterpark, the Pine Island Audubon Sanctuary, or historic Corolla’s legendary wild horses.

At home, take in the views from one of two decks or relax in the shade of the ground-floor patio. Vibrant colors and inviting coastal decor fill the home, setting the tone for your stay. The spacious, four-bedroom layout makes it perfect for friends and family getaways. In-home essentials include central air conditioning, WiFi, outdoor shower, and a private washer/dryer.
The full kitchen comes complete with all major appliances, including a dishwasher, to help you breeze through at-home meals. There's a breakfast bar with seating for two and the adjacent dining table seats up to six. When you've had your fill of sun for the day, the living room is a great place to unwind with your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV (cable is available through a streaming app).

Head out to the deck for prime sunset viewing over the sound. Take the party downstairs to the ground-floor patio to fire up the grill for al fresco dining at the six-seater picnic bench and enjoy after-dinner drinks in the surrounding deck chairs. There's also an outdoor shower for rinsing off salt and sand on return trips from the beach.

The main floor primary bedroom features en suite access to a shared bathroom. Three bedrooms can be found downstairs. A kid-friendly bunk room comes equipped with a seating area and a flatscreen TV. The other guest room includes armchair seating and private access to a shared deck. The third bedroom serves as the primary suite for this floor, complete with an attached bathroom, armchair seating, a desk, smart TV, and private deck access. Another full bathroom is shared between the other two guest rooms.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Most of our group that rented this beautiful cottage actually grew up in the same cottage as it had been owned by their grandparents and they spent many summers making many memories there. Coming back as adults and bringing our children to have the same experiences really made for a special trip! You have all of the amenities nearby whether it's shopping and restaurants or even just walking up the road to go grab something at the corner store. The cottage is cozy and well-kept, being able to walk down to the private neighborhood beach access was so convenient! We were provided with basic toiletries and dishwashing items, plenty of towels and each room had extra bedding. We can't wait to book again!

Nice, very clean house with plenty of room for 8 guests. Excellent location near the beach on a quiet cul de sac. Walking distance to the beach, the quaint shops of Duck, restaurants, surf and kite shops with equipment rental, a produce stand, a liquor store and Wee Winks, a well-stocked market/deli. Comfortable beds. Freight elevator to help with hauling luggage and groceries to the living spaces on the second and third floors. Excellent communication with host. A great location at a beautiful Outer Banks beach.

Close to town. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. The seating area on the ground level was excellent. Allowed us to enjoy the outdoors even in the rain. Some patio lights would’ve enhanced the area. Plenty of deck seating. Beds were good, plenty of space

My family enjoyed very much staying at this property for a week. The house was equipped with most necessary things: bedsheets, towels, in all the bedrooms, the kitchen as well had what’s needed. We took advantage of the outdoors grill and even the indoor one to toast sandwiches. The location of the house is great, close to the beach, the boardwalk and many restaurants.

We stayed in this property for three nights. It is spacious and in walking distance from ocean beach. Also it is close to walk board and local stores for grabbing coffee. It was nice clean and neat. The grill gas tank was full and ready to use. All kitchenware was available. Will definitely suggest this property and will reserve it again.
