Two bedrooms feature private entrances to the front gated deck, and a desk workspace is available in one bedroom if anyone needs to finish remote work or schooling. This same bedroom features a private entrance to the hall bathroom that features a standalone shower. Prepare for easy relaxation in this charming space with room for everyone. Best of all, you will be a short stroll from Duck Village for great shopping, restaurants, the Duck Boardwalk, watersports activities, sound front sunsets, concerts in Duck park, and more! Nature lovers can enjoy the Pine Island Audubon Sanctuary less than 8 miles away.

If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

We loved the location and the library of fun summer reads!!! Each of us in our diverse family found a fun read. The covered upper deck was a favorite place to relax. Kitchen was well equipped but I am not sure I figured out the oven… I think it kind of ran hot. Overall a great simple beach house that our family really enjoyed. Thank you!

This house is located right in the heart of town, close to many grew shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and beach access is about a 6-7 minute walk. The house does have some nice beach amenities to make your vacation more enjoyable.
