We had a great stay! There were a few issues but none that detracted from our stay. The water was off when we got there and we also discovered the water was off to the dishwasher too. Water was turned back on within 30 minutes of getting there so not a big deal. We thought the dishwasher was broken but we figured out the water was off. One other small issue is the light above the back stairs wasn’t working. We had a great time though and none of these were big enough to affect our score.

This beach house is our favorite to rent. It’s Oceanside, easy to walk right down to the beach from. Two decks, one on each level. Upper is open lower is screened in which is great for sunny and rainy weather. The kitchen is open, dining area has space for 6 people, and there are 2.5 baths. It’s not super fancy but it has everything we need and for a great price. There’s also an outdoor shower on the driveway level, cold AC on every floor in every room even in the laundry room on the driveway level, which is a huge plus during these heat waves. Been coming here for years and will continue booking this place as long as we can!

My family had a wonderful stay. Easy walk to town one direction and just as easy walk to the beach. House had a great open feel with great decks to watch sunrise and sunset! We would definitely stay here again.

Location: The neighborhood of the home is secluded and private, which was perfect for my 2 young children to ride their bikes & scooters up and down the street without having to worry about tons of traffic or people speeding by. It is located within reasonable walking distance to plenty of shopping and a local grocery store. Property: The home itself has a large porch on the top floor, which was partially covered with ample seating, plus a picnic table for breakfasts outside and a hammock to nap in the afternoon. The bedrooms had direct exits onto a covered and screened in porch that was great to keep the bugs away while relaxing outside at night. The AC worked very well to keep the house cold, even in the heat wave during my visit.

My daughter and I (and our dog) really enjoyed our stay here! The house could use a few updates, and it looked like it may be in the middle of updating the deck, but overall it was great for us. The location was wonderful; walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk shops on the sound. The upper wrap around deck was the dog’s favorite (she loved napping under the hammock), and the lower deck is screened, which was nice when we wanted to sit outside at night without the bugs. The neighborhood felt very peaceful and safe. It wasn’t a fancy house, but it was comfortable and cozy. We would definitely stay here again (and probably will!).

Great location! Very quiet and close to the beach. This made it nice for a walk back in case bathrooms were needed or food. We also loved that the beach is right there to see the sunrise and just a short walk is the boardwalk to see the sunset with restaurants and stores!
