There's ample opportunity for indoor-outdoor living in this three-story home. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the covered front porch while you look out at the picturesque scenery. Inside, natural light streams into the open living area through the window panorama. Everyone will be able to gather with ease for movie viewings on the living room's ample seating. And, in the well-equipped kitchen, cooking is made a breeze amongst stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and all of the utensils you could possibly need.

With four bedrooms to sprawl out in, rest assured that everyone will adore their room's soft linens, tasteful decorations, and central air.

During your stay, you will also have access to Currituck Club privileges. Stay active at the fitness center or challenge your friends on the tennis or basketball courts. Children will be especially excited about the on-site playground and game room. Everyone will appreciate having access to an in-season trolley and the in-famous beach valet.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

House was almost perfect. Couple small things like beer can around hot tub and the table and chairs poolside could use a cleaning or replacing and the screened in porch hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. Other than that house is perfect.

Master was on the upper level with the kitchen. The house was bigger than expected. Very spacious and the girls had their own room. House is close to the grocery store and in a gated community.

This house was located in a great community. It had basically everything you needed stocked in the house. The pool and hot tub were great amenities. The house is not a short walking distance from the beach bc it is in the back of the neighborhood, BUT the community offers a shuttle that runs from 9 am- 5pm that will pick you up and take you to the beach. The community center where you check in gives you wristbands to access the shuttle. it was perfect for our short stay!
