As our first visit to OBX we loved being in the middle of everything. We went from horses in Corolla, to Ocracoke lighthouse. Ate lots of great local seafood as well as visiting lots of restaurants and Duck Donuts. Loved the historic sites and legends. Fishing from the pier was great and inexpensive. Crabbing on the sound was fun too, Go ghost crabbing on the ocean beach if you can. Beautiful beaches, more sand dunes than expected. Aviations home. Civil war history and freedman’s home too. I could go on and on, but we had a full week and did so much that I couldn’t begin to do justice by writing about it here. Some places aren’t open on weekends, so look up everything that you can to be sure you don’t miss out.

What a beautiful, modern, clean home with such attention to detail. Location was so great - close to the sound and the neighborhood is quiet and has a nice walking trail where people were so friendly. Coffee shop just a short walk away. The space inside the home was laid out nicely so we could spread out or all be together. The pool area was really nice but it rained & was chilly most of our week so we did not get to enjoy it. The kitchen was well stocked however it would have been helpful to have a blender and an air fryer. We really enjoyed our stay in this home and would consider returning another year but probably later in the summer :)

The house was really nice! Kitchen, dining area and living room are all on the 3rd floor so be ready to walk some stairs. Most bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and the bottom floor is another living room/game area with a ping pong table. The pool is plenty big enough for kids to have fun or for adults to hang out. The kitchen has all the utensils and cookware that you need but remember to bring your own spices. Bedrooms all have king beds and plenty of space. Definitely recommend!

Home was perfect for our grown children and family of three plus my husband and I. They had a floor to themselves and we had the upstairs suite. Bathrooms for each suite was handy and convenient. Pool was great! House beautifully decorated. Enjoyed every minute!

They weren't kidding when they said brand new. It felt like I was the first guest to stay in the Corolla bedroom. Extremely comfortable bed, and we loved having a TV with Roku in every room. I will be staying here with my family again soon.

We are often on the Outer Banks in the fall and decided to check out the view on the sound side. We loved the location of the house with views of the beautiful sunsets. The four king bedrooms each with an en suite suited our group of six perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped - we like to cook together. It was chilly for the pool but we enjoyed some time around it. The two living spaces were well appointed. The one thing we agreed would have made it perfect was a small lift to get groceries (coolers and such) to the top level. Otherwise, we were very content and agreed we would return to this quieter part - though very conveniently located to groceries and other shopping - of the Outer Banks

Each bedroom had an en suite. The pool, although smallish, was perfect for a dip. The kitchen had many tools, etc. for any cook. Furniture was attractive and comfortable. A beautiful view of the bay and sunset.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this beautiful home and would go back!! This is a new construction build, the interior design was impeccable. We vacationed with friends and everyone enjoyed their rooms and having an en-suite bathroom. There is ample indoor and outdoor seating where if you go with a large group you can hangout in different areas in/outside the house. The host was super responsive and helpful. VERY CLEAN and well maintained!!
