A cozy sun room features another flatscreen TV and slider access to a balcony. The full kitchen is well-equipped to handle group and family-style cooking with an island breakfast bar offering seating for four. Full meals can be enjoyed at the six-seater dining table. Spread out and soak up some rays on the expansive deck and head up to the crow's nest for gorgeous ocean vistas. Two full bathrooms are shared among the household. The primary bedroom features an en suite bathroom.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Visited during the off season and still had a wonderful experience. The home was warm and comfortable with everything we needed for a long weekend. The location had a beach access right across the street and was close to all the local restaurants and attractions. I would happily stay again!
