This place is perfect. Short walk to the beach. Everything is clean and works as it should. The porch at night or the patio is an awesome experience. You can hear the ocean from the house. It’s on a quiet street with minimal traffic. Food lion or Publix is literally a block away. I love this place and will return no doubt.The only part I did not like was that Vrbo automatically charged a pet fee, and I don’t have a petEither way. I would rent this house 1000 x.

This beach retreat in Kitty Hawk isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a launchpad. Whether you're paddling through tidal creeks, scaling giant dunes, exploring aviation history, or just hanging out on the beach, everything was minutes away. In fact, the beach was a mere couple of blocks and easily walkable. Also, within a few minutes drive, there are plenty of good dining choices and shopping. It is a great location! The house has three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a living area, and a dining area. The kitchen has a full kitchen with plenty of small appliances, dinnerware and utensils. This is a perfect house for a family rental.

We had a great time on this short notice weekend trip with out 1 year old. The house was great, location was a quiet neighborhood close to the beach access. Cute decor and very clean! This is an older house but it was very well taken care of and perfect for a quick trip for relaxation!

I loved this home! The house had everything we needed, a great porch, a nice patio, and a nice little yard. The location was perfect, a 5 minute watch to the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and Jockey’s ridge. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Beautiful place! We loved it! Lots of room for all 5 of us, 4 adults and a teenager. Walking distance to the beach. We loved the bbq area below!! Outdoor shower was super convenient! A/C was top notch!

The house is set up well with bedrooms and bathrooms in the rear and open living space in the front. The interior provided enough space for our family, 2 adults and 4 kids. The house was clean, linens were on the beds and clean towels were laid out. Location is in walking distance to Publix but we found ourselves driving to beach access. The first beach access to the south had plenty of parking. The kitchen was well appointed but didn’t have a dishwasher. It wasn’t a big deal for us but may be for others. Outdoor shower was nice. We were very happy with the house and would be willing to rent again.

This was a great place to stay. Nice and comfortable. Only dislike that I had was there was no dishwasher which I don’t mind washing dishes but it’s a lot easier to load in a dishwasher.

We brought our 7 month old child who is all over the place in her walker, she wore onsie at night with footies and there was not a speck of dirt on her feet. The motion security lights outside guide you perfectly up amd down stairs and around at night. Everything you needed. Older home but very well kept and close walk to the beach.
