My family and I just came back from a week and this house did not disappoint. We enjoyed all the space and spent so much time playing pool and watching movies in the theater room. This house is a huge steal for what you get and it's affordable and so close to everything. We're already looking for rates for the June 2026 season.

Traveling from central VA. The time to Kill Devil Hills and traffic is better than Corolla. The house was clean. The kitchen has basic needs provided. Loved the screened porch on the upper level, the indoor basketball, ping pong and small pool table. Publix is a short distance away. Location is great. We’ll be back!

This is our fourth different OBX house rental, and we have found our forever home away from home. It is easily accessible, the beds are comfortable, and our foxhound loved the house as well. It is convenient to the beach, all the best local food, and the local dog park. We will stay again in a heartbeat, and we will bring friends too!

Super spacious home. It was only myself and my daughter and our two chihuahuas. The pups loved all the space they had to run around and especially the screened in porch! Nice big kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. Very quiet neighborhood but close to everything. We loved it.

Absolutely loved this home. We’ve never stayed on the sound side until this trip. Loved the residential neighborhood with the kids playing. The house was lovely and decorated so nice. It had all that we needed for our trip. The screened in porch was nice to start the morning and end the day. The house was extra clean and had all the linens needed. I was shocked how clean the home was this time of year. We’ve stayed in many homes over the years under the popular realtors on the island and the homes were always full of dust and cob webs this time of year. End of season and no time to deep clean BUT this home was VERY clean and comfortable. It felt like home to us. We will use this company to book future homes. Extra special thank you to the cleaning staff that located my granddaughters bag. Very kind woman and beautiful heart. Thank you for our awesome stay

This is a great cottage that has had new renovations inside with everything you need while away from home. While the place is not very close to the beach, there is a beach access at the end of first street across the main hwy and the location is ideal for easy access to all the fun things in the area. In addition, there is great walking/biking paved path that winds through the quaint neighborhoods and the bay just steps away from the house. The place is much bigger than I expected and even had a huge entertainment room complete with a new foosball table, pool table and darts. There’s TVs in all of the bedrooms and of course in the main living room and down in the entertainment room. I thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful screened in deck and the large backyard that had a grill and a fire pit. This was the easiest rental experience I’ve ever had and was even surprised with an early free check in. I would absolutely recommend staying here and I would absolutely stay here again myself.
