THINGS TO KNOW
This vacation rental is the ground-floor apartment below a single-family home. It has a private entrance and no shared common spaces. Streaming is available with your own accounts on the smart TVs; no cable.
No smoking/vaping. No pets.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

My husband and I needed a quick getaway to our favorite beach. This place was great- very clean, nicely decorated and updated, very close to the beach! The closet in the bedroom was huge and helped keep the place less cluttered with stuff. I wish I could have stayed longer!

We couldn’t have chosen a better place to getaway for an extended weekend. Being at the Outer Banks is a great place but our accommodations for this trip were outstanding. It was presented as advertised and did not disappoint at all. A great place for a couple looking for a nice romantic getaway for a few days. The owners really put a lot of thought into it and it really made us feel like we were at home. The screened in porch was so relaxing and a great way to start your morning off. Located only two blocks from the beach and multiple restaurants in walking distance. One is located directly behind the house. You have lots of options to choose from as far as things to do. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be a little secluded but still enjoy the experience.

The unit exceeded my expectations! Perfect location . The beach access was a short walk away with ramp deck and outdoor shower The unit is 3 buildings back from the beach as the crow flys. The Runaway cafe backs up to property. A fabulous place to eat with an upstairs deck I especially enjoyed a morning coffee on the screened in the unit’s screen in porch. What a way to start the day!

We highly recommend this little bungalo. It was perfect for the two of us. It has a large walk in closet, clothes washer and dryer, dishwasher, all the cookware n place settings needed a swifer mop and vacuum for the floors, comfy bedding and towels provided. There's ony a one burner countertop range, but we made bacon, potatoes and veggies in the toaster oven and microwave while cooking the main dish on the rangetop. We were able to stream Netflix, paramount, Prime and HBO on the big screen in the living room. They even had beach chairs and an umbrella in the front closet. And only two blocks from the beach. Great place for two!
