Description

Diamond in the Ruff is filled with all the charm and attention to detail you are looking for in an Outer Banks vacation home. The interiors of this five-bedroom pristine vacation home are spacious and bright. Along with the three main suites, you'll adore the relaxing hot tub and the numerous community amenities are just a short stroll away. These include a boat ramp, four tennis courts, a basketball court, and a playground.

Diamond in the Ruff is just 1500 yards to the beach and convenient to all Corolla points of interest including shopping, dining, water sports, The Whalehead Club, and the Corolla Light Lighthouse. Your family dog is welcome to join the fun!

Ground Level: Private pool with hot tub, laundry closet with washer/dryer, bedroom with daybed, trundle, and full bathroom.

Mid Level: Main suite with queen bed, private bathroom and deck access, swinging daybed on the deck, bedroom with two twin beds, bedroom with queen bed and private bath, and a main entrance foyer.

Top Level: Living area, kitchen with all appliances, breakfast bar with seating for three, dining area with seating for eight, a main suite with a king bed, private bath and deck access, and powder room.

Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.

Amenities: Private unheated pool, hot tub, outside shower, parking for three vehicles, WiFi, video/book library, six TVs, two DVDs, and hard-wired USB ports in every room. Beach Access: 1,500 yards.

What's nearby: Four tennis courts, basketball courts, boat ramp, playground, and multi-use trail for biking/walking.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

We had four generations stay in the home and everyone slept comfortably. We prepared wonderful dinners for the family every evening. It was a wonderful reunion. Also, I love the owners love fur babies. Our fur babies were very happy also. I will definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Short distance to beach, shopping and Food Lion for groceries. Pool/hot tub was a hit with our group. Nice open living room/ kitchen area. Enough bathrooms and beds for our group. 2 teenagers had to sleep on the couch but that was fine. Loved all the balconies! Nice one off the living room. Just be aware if older people are in your group there is a lot of stairs. Top level is where kitchen, living room and king master bedroom. Loved it was pet friend so we could take our dog with us. Nice location and nice property!

This home was impressive with the cleanliness, organization, coordinating decor, and space. The beds were comfortable, plenty of blankets, towels, and starter supplies. We were able to enjoy the large hot tub on the cool days and the pool on the hotter days. Loved the little bar and fridge by the pool, that was a surprise amenity! The house was great, exactly what we needed. Having bedrooms on multiple levels worked out perfectly so the babies could be in their room sleeping while the adults stayed up later on the main floor. The baby gate at the top of the stairs was very helpful! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals and everything was very tidy. The pool was very clean and warm, and enjoyed by both kids and adults. Would definitely stay here again.
