CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

The home felt brand new and fit our family perfectly. We brought along two dogs and they loved being able to hop in the backyard for some outdoor time. The home has three AC units, which is really nice and keeps each level perfectly cooled during the hot summer. The pool was a great feature and we spent a good amount of time lounging. The walk to the beach was straightforward and finding the home was a breeze. I'd definitely book this home again.

This was our second stay at this rental, and we will definitely be back. Beds are very comfortable and the layout of the home is great. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the walk to the beach and loved the location. Our only suggestion would be to bring a couple of your own skillets/fry pans if you plan to cook meals. There are pots and bakeware, but no good pans for scrambling eggs or doing anything that requires that kind of a pan.

This house was perfect for my family! All 10 of us plus 2 dogs fit very comfortably. The yard was huge and the pool was perfect. The kitchen was equipped with just about everything we needed. The walkway to the beach was 2 houses down and it was no more than a 10 minute walk. When the week ended we were all sad to leave. I would definitely recommend renting this house.

The house was really beautiful and had a great layout. There was plenty of room to spend time together as a family or find quiet time in your own space. We loved the pool and the yard was great for the dog, The kitchen had tons of dishes and silver ware-all great quality. It could use a few more basic supplies but overall was excellent. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were great. The walk to the beach was a little far but the pathway to get there was very close to the house. Thank you for a wonderful week enjoyed by 3 generations from ages 3-65!

Loved Iocation and community! Wished it was a little closer to the beach. Loved having the pool opened for my winter snow bunnies. Beach cart would have been nice but the little touches like having the outlet covers and extra batteries were so thoughtful! The house and kitchen was well appointed. Just a quick path walk to the beach and close to shops and activities in either direction. The house was well appointed with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the spacious layout allowed everyone private space after busy days. The backyard was one of my favorites-huge grassy area beyond the hot tub and pool. We will stay here again!

This house had it all. Most importantly there are No carpets and No crawling pests; and the house was very clean. I loved the empty pantry in the kitchen we could load up with our food. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well furnished both indoor and outside. The pool and large yard was great for the kids and dogs and the spa was well used on rainy days and evenings. The walk to the beach was easy and the neighborhood was lovely. I would definitely stay again in this beautiful home!

The house was perfect! It fit all of our needs and especially loved the backyard. The pool and the large grassy area for the children and dog to run around is just what we needed. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone in our family. Also, not to mention it was a brand new home and super clean. We loved staying at this well stocked kitchen/home for a week during our time in the OBX. Our whole family came along- grandparents, college/high school sons, and two dogs. It was a wonderful place to gather or find a place to relax in silence. The walk to the beach was minimal. The house was set in a calm neighborhood perfect for our family vacation.

My three friends and I stayed over our spring break and we had a wonderful time!! We were only a couple minutes drive away from the 4 Wheel Drive beach which we visited almost every day! It has a lovely billiards table that has very well taken care of equipment. The whole house is very cozy and the area is quiet and peaceful. We’ll definitely be coming back here over the summer!
