Description

A dreamy oceanfront escape awaits when you chose this gorgeous home as your launchpad for your next beach vacation. You will be located right in front of the beach and Jockey's Ridge State Park is less than a mile away! Spanning three floors, this spacious getaway features amazing ocean and beach views from the wraparound deck, unbeatable water access, and plenty of room to both relax and entertain. The open living space offers a huge sectional with a smart TV for movie nights, while the sparkling kitchen has all you need to create your favorite recipes. Dine together at the ocean-view table or kitchen bar.

Another living area presents a foosball table, a refrigerator, and a second spot to watch a movie. A sitting area is great for reading a book, while an in-home elevator and outdoor shower provide even more convenience. When you want to venture out, you are just across the street from Jockey’s Ridge State Park and a quick drive from shops and restaurants.

THINGS TO KNOW
The fireplace is not available for guest use.
Please note that the elevator goes from the carport to the second and third levels and access points are through the bedrooms.
There are seven smart TVs (every bedroom has one) where the guests can make use of streaming services as long as they use their own accounts.
No smoking/vaping.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

This is the first time my family of 8 stayed in this home. The living kitchen and dining areas are spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. Linens were very nice and plentiful. Sufficient parking. Beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Decking was safe and secure for young children and dogs. The outside shower is very nice. Bedrooms are a nice size for 2 people each. We hope to return in a couple years.

Home could easily accommodate 10 if needed, huge kitchen, pretty well equipped with whatever you need for general cooking. Plenty of space for dinning, movie watching and game playing. Elevator was a great asset. Amazing waterfront views and access. Close to national parks and restaurants. Off season price was 10/10 for what you get.

This property was located in a great area: steps from the beach, across the street from the state park, minutes from amazing restaurants, and short drives to Bodie Island and the Wright Brothers Memorial. The house was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The instructions were clear and accessible for both checking in and checking out. The elevator was a game changer when getting our luggage and groceries from the car to the top floor. Great weekend with friends and would visit again!

The views of the ocean are spectacular! Beach was not too crowded. Elevator was great for bringing groceries up to the kitchen. Really likes that the floors were not carpeted. Made it sandy in the house, but easy to sweep.

The house felt like a home away from home but the view stole the show. The elevator made getting our belongings in and out a breeze. This home was conveniently located within a short drive to other OBX cities and things to do including the Wright Brothers Museum. We would stay at this home again.
