During your vacation, walk to the community pool, open Memorial Day through Labor Day, or head to the nearby Jockey's Ridge State Park, Jennette's Pier, Lost Treasure Golf, Bodie Island Lighthouse, and North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island. Also for your enjoyment, appreciate having access to a boat ramp.

Inside, lounge on the soft sofa while tuning into a movie on the large TV. Or, don your chef's hat and cook up a masterpiece in the full kitchen. With its stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space - cooking is made easy! Dine family-style at the colorful dining table.

In the bedrooms, find playful pops of color and ample sprawling space. Additional interior perks include; a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

When you simply want to soak in the sunshine, head for one of the home's multiple balconies and get some Vitamin D!

This home can be rented together with Dockside Landing and Bikini Bottom

Things to Know
This rental is for the top unit only, with a private entrance. The downstairs unit could be occupied by other tenants with no interior access between floors. The clubhouse pool and community boat ramp are available for nominal fees. The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Availability and fees are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA. The back and side yard are not available for guest use at this time.
No smoking/vaping. No pets.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

This house is absolutely lovely. This is the cleanest house I have ever rented in all the years I've been coming to the outer banks! When I chose this house, I was looking for a small house to accommodate 2 couples for a long weekend. It was fairly priced & fit our needs. When we arrived, we were all absolutely surprised with the size of the house, the decor, & cleanliness. We will definitely rent this house again. Thank you for a great stay!!

Our family of four loved our week at Sunshine Days. The home was perfect for us. We spent a lot of time on the decks, enjoying the view. Loved nightly movies on the large flat screen, as well. Had everything we needed. The sound and park area is right across the street, so the boys threw football and lacrosse and fished a little. The house has a basketball goal they used a lot too. Fantastic stay.
