Ground Level: Features a great rec room with 55 in. HDTV, a new pool table, wet bar with under counter wine cooler, full size refrigerator and access to pool deck. A Queen bedroom with TV, and a full bath are on this level.

Mid Level: Has 2 Queen main bedrooms and a Queen room, all with TVs; a private den with Daybed with Trundle and a 32 in. TV; a room with Duobunk with Trundle, and a full bath.

Top Level: Offers a large great room with gas fireplace, 47 in. TV/DVD with Bose surround sound. The well-equipped kitchen provides the tools to prepare a feast for all. A King main bedroom with whirlpool tub along with half bath complete this level.

Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

We loved the close proximity to the beach, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms; large pool, hot tub, outdoor shower with heated water, areas to hang out; having two refrigerators and dishwashers was super helpful for our large family; two large TVs, puzzles, books, VHS tapes (Titanic) and games; 12 person dining table; Although this is a well-loved home, there were some nice updates like new roof, flooring, microwave, and a few deck chairs. It will be even better once all updates/renovations have been completed.

The house is well appointed and close to the beach. Overall we found everything we needed. The neighborhood is nice. Teens enjoyed the hot tub. We would have loved for the pool to be open but a little early in the season. Overall a great vacation!
