I’ve been coming down to OBX since I was a kid and now have grown children I still bring down every summer and this is by far our favorite house! Amazing location, beautiful pool. The outdoor bathroom and ice machine were the biggest hits with our older children. We will definitely book this house again.

This was our family vacation the 5 of us plus my in laws we had a GREAT week the house is beautiful with everything you need lots of space located in a very quiet neighborhood the pool is wonderful the walk to the beach was very easy. The steps over the dune a little rough with lots of items but totally doable. We had such a great week so many memories thank yoi for sharing your home with us.

Argonauta OS19 supplied our family of 6 kids, 4 adults with all the necessities and amenities we needed. We loved proximity to the beach and cool beach toys included with the house. There were a few chilly, rainy days but we were able to travel out to the NC Aquarium on Roanoke Island to counter one of those 'non' sunny days!

To be able to use a private pool in the afternoon after a morning on the beach. Access to the beach is just a short walk across the coils de sac. The kitchen comes fully equipped.

We have stayed in this home 14 years. The location is perfect, it’s comfortably laid out and appointed, easy for a large group with a nice pool and outdoor bathroom and ice machine by the pool, steps from the beach with great views and tons of deck space. We can’t say enough wonderful things about the home. The homeowners are always interested in guests being pleased, which is so appreciated. We can’t wait to be back!

Fabulous house in a fantastic location that has everything. Kitchen and house is really well stocked, everything you need to cook and really nice beach chairs. . Pool and backyard is fantastic. Love the commercial ice machine! Table in the game room is awesome and where we spent most of our inside time. Loved watching the ocean from the front deck. Will definitely book again. Can’t ask for anything else. And the most comfortable bed ever!

This home is perfect for a family beach vacation. We loved only being steps away from the beach. The pool is such a nice bonus!! We were able to stay outside nearly our entire stay. Often eating meals down by the pool . That being said an outdoor table and chairs would have been great . There are plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, kites, and even an umbrella for your time at the beach . So many places to sit for a little alone time on the multi level decks . The house is not new and some items ( jacuzzi tub ) seem outdated but this home severed us very well ! We had multi generations ( 2 years to 78 ) on our trip and it was enjoyable to all. I would warn that the beach bridge seems to be missing a couple steps leading down to the beach . This did keep the great grandparents from being able to get to the beach ?? . Thankfully we were able to take her on the wild horse tour and she was able to enjoy seeing the beach first hand .

We appreciate the suggestion for an outdoor table and chairs and will look into adding one. I’m sorry about the outdated jacuzzi tub and the missing steps on the beach bridge — that’s not the experience we want; we’ll have maintenance inspect the tub and the bridge and make necessary repairs. The house and pool are very cute and comfortable. We loved the game / TV room that was separate from the large main living room. The decorations are thoughtfully done and we've never seen a beach house kitchen so well stocked! The ice maker downstairs is fantastic to have for coolers. The tiki bar gave the pool area a great vibe. The walk to the beach isn't bad at all - be aware the dunes up in this area are protected by stairways up and over them so you will have quite a few steps. The only thing we'd change about the house would be to build at least a half bath for the second queen room. Having three bedrooms that sleep eight people sharing one bathroom is not optimal. Thanks for a great week!

House is comfortable and clean and perfect for a group of 10 or less. Love the TV off the main living area as well a nice table in the TV space...perfect for puzzle building and hanging out after dinner!! Tiki Hut is fantastic as well as likely the most under rated feature of this great OBX property......fully functional commercial ice maker next to the pool!!!!

Right across from beach access. We could see the ocean from balcony. Great pool area with a outside shower and bathroom right there so you don’t have to worry about getting sand in house. They also have an outside ice machine that was great for the cooler to take to the beach. This house had everything you needed.

Close to the beach! There were homes closer, but they’re much more expensive. Given its closeness, we were able to take less items with us to the beach (things for the kids), and just walk back to the house if they were needed. We fit three cars in the available parking without a problem. Could even fit another two, but then you’d have to jockey cars around. Less than a mile to a shopping center with a Harris Teeter, Duck Donuts, pizza place, etc. other useful businesses. A walking, biking, and running path connects pretty much everything in this area of OBX. The pool was great and about 5 feet deep at its maximum depth. Probably about 3 feet at the minimum. The tiki bar provided a great space not just to eat and drink but even some shade from the sun. There’s also a bathroom on the ground floor making pool use even easier. Another awesome feature is that there’s an ice maker on the ground floor. Perfect for filling your coolers. As for the rest of the house, it’s as you see in the pictures. The bedroom with the two sets of bunk beds made the kids super happy. We had no issues hooking up the X-Box to the TV when we just needed to burn some time not swimming, eating, talking, and reading. Kitchen was easy to work in and most common kitchen items were provided. The AC kept the house nice and cool. It did have Wi-Fi, and allowed us to download a game or two on Game Pass without issue. Just took a little time. We would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again!
