Newly renovated kitchen and main living space (in 2022), this charming home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac street, only a one-minute walk to the ocean, in beautiful Ocean Sands Section C. This neighborhood of large lots and quiet streets is great for kids and families to safely ride their bikes and walk to the ocean. Also, fewer homes make for more space to run and play on the beautiful wide beach. The large, east-facing deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with the sunrise, or an afternoon glass of wine in the shade. Sidewalks on Ocean Trail / Rt. 12 make for safe walking to Harris Teeter, Starbucks, Duck Donuts, and many more nearby shops. The home is well equipped with updated stainless-steel kitchen appliances, two refrigerators, beverage cooler, and a large pantry–everything you need to make memories around the table as well as outdoors. Spend your time relaxing on the beach, splashing in the pool, and soaking up the sun. There is an enclosed outdoor shower and shady spots to hang out under the house with chairs, a hammock, and a rope swing. or, you can head to the backyard and relax in the large private pool after a day at the ocean. Don’t forget to send the kids to climb and swing under the magical oak trees in the backyard. Remember to slow down and enjoy the Simple Life OBX! Distance to Beach Access: Approximately 120 yards.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Renting this house with kids was absolutely fantastic to have separate areas with multiple bed options. Having loads of sand items and beach chairs there on property made our trip so much easier for packing when driving from a long distance. There was a wagon and boogie boards and loads of other great beach stuff to use, just knowing the items were there was so helpful for not having to drag so much from home. We didn’t realize until getting there that the beach has stair access so all items will be required to carry up the stairs so if you have small children plan to make a few trips but the house is so close to the beach that you really won’t mind. Overall a fantastic experience!!

This beach house was wonderful! We had 10 in our family and everyone enjoyed the location as well as the many amenities it has to offer. The pool was fantastic along with all the outdoor seating areas. Lots of room to space out if you need some time away from the group. The beach was very close and private (not a lot of people) but there are many steps to hike over to get to the beach. The culdesac was wonderful for our small children to ride their scooters without traffic. We would stay at this home again and would recommend it as your vacay get-away!!

Although smaller than other rentals on the same street, it fit our needs perfectly, great mornings and evenings on the deck, pool was awesome for the kids, dead end road makes for no traffic and very short walk to the beach made hauling the gear there a breeze. Would stay again!

The layout and amenities of the house were perfect for our group. We all loved the pool and close distance to the beach. The house was well stocked and all drawers organized and labeled. We asked to have the propane tank filled and it was taken care of quickly. The electrical box cover blew off and that was fixed quickly too. We would definitely stay here again!

The great room with kitchen at one end of the house and family area at the other is wonderful. We could congregate without feeling we were on top of one another. The large table is perfect for dining, working a large puzzle or playing with the little ones and their large coloring books. Everything we needed for meal preparation was provided. We loved the pool and its special lights. The location was great. Close to the beach and the grocery store.

Steps from beach, house was clean with everything you need and well organized. Large pool was great for the kids. Management company was uber responsive to replace a broken toaster and clogged sink, fixed in hours. Note that there are 30 steps to climb the dune so you will need other access if you have mobility issues.
