All-in-all, this condo was 'just right' for our family and had all the amenities we needed including a very functional kitchen. A/c was ice cold (in a good way), location was great (walking distance from groceries, pizza, coffee/donuts, etc.), and beach access was a nice close stroll. We would happily rent here again, thanks!

Close to just about everything you wanted to see while in the Outer Banks NC area. Up the road are wild horses on the dunes, just a few miles south, Duck, NC and those famous Duck Donuts

We stayed at Bammer’s Beach Spot at the end of April and had a great time! We brought the dog, checked out the Corolla lighthouse, and spent time at the beach. The condo was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed, including treats for the dogs, a couch cover in one of the closets to keep dog hair off the furniture, and extra AC in the front room. Shower pressure was good and the kitchen had everything we needed, including Nespresso AND Keurig machines. You can leave your beach chairs and umbrella at home, as these came with the condo. It’s located just a quick walk over a dune from the beach and we even played pickleball on the tennis courts out front. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

We had a very nice stay! The home was comfortable and clean and we loved being so close to the beach! Had to jiggle one of toilet handles to get it to fill up and flush, but we figured it out pretty quickly. It was great to have the nice beach umbrella and chairs to take with us to the beach!

Our vacation at Greg’s condo in Corolla was amazing! The building is very conveniently located to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants, alike - all of which are just a short walk away. The quaint, quiet neighborhood has easy access to a tennis court and sits just a short distance off of the main road for any necessary trips by car. The condo is very spacious with a great balcony, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer if needed. It’s also pet friendly, which was the main attraction. My young puppy loved our stay AND the complimentary dog treats that Greg left in the unit! I will definitely be looking back into Bammer’s Beach Spot for my next trip to the Outer Banks.
