The condo was great! The extras provided like sand toys and beach chairs were added bonuses. The shower under the house made beach cleanup a breeze. The front deck and back patio are nice to enjoy the evenings on. Exactly what we needed for a little OBX get away

I loved everything about this rental. The location was amazing as you can walk out straight to the beach. There is a tennis/pickleball & basketball court right outside. The condo was spotless. It is tastefully decorated and one of the few places I've rented that actually has a kitchen that you can cook in (the knives are even professionally sharpened!). The beds were the perfect amount of firmness and the fact that sheets, towels & beach chairs were provided is a plus. Definitely a place I will look forward to renting again. Thank you!

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. A very welcoming space for 2 adults, a teen and our pup. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and most cooking pans. (Pizza pan would be a good addition). The appliances were very nice. Easy to sweep floors since sand is hard not to track in. Beach is a short walk away and love the close proximity to the grocery store and ice cream. 2nd time at this complex, first time at this condo. Will definitely come back.

The space was perfect for a family of 5. We had a sleeping space for everyone and had the full kitchen making it a better option than a hotel. The location close to the beach access was great. It looks like the community was getting repaired, so that was nice that the boardwalk to the beach was new and they had replaced the tennis court. Having board games and the Picasso tiles was great for our kids. The space was adequate and fit our needs. We did need to run over to the Harris Teeter that was super close to pick up paper towels and salt/pepper since those we not at the condo. It was great for a get away for the weekend with the pup!

While yes there are 2 floors of stairs to the condo, if you pace yourself they don’t become an issue. The condo was spacious and updated that 3 adults were very comfortable. It had basically everything you would need in the kitchen including dishes, silverware, cups, etc. with a great large table to eat at and spread out for game night. Lines and towels were also provided with laundry right outside your door which we did not use. It is near beach access but again there are more stairs over the dunes so if you are not crazy about stairs this would not be the place for you. We took it as a way to get more steps in. Great vacation!
