If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

The house is in a great location. We had rented bikes for our 6 teens and they were able to bike to the beach, ice cream, tennis courts, light house, and shopping. There is also a small parking lot near the beach access that we used for my husband who has had back surgery and cannot ride comfortably. As for the house: the pool and hot tub where a huge hit for my guys. The game room on the lower level was utilized nightly and there was enough comfortable seating inside and out that made it a very comfortable stay for all. It was hot! all week and sitting outside we caught the ocean breeze and could sit comfortably for hours. I believe the flooring upstairs had been recently upgraded along with the couches - it was VERY clean and easy to keep clean from a sandy foot pov. Would easily rent this house again next year!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! It's perfectly suited for families, especially if you're bringing along your furry friend. The house is not only dog friendly but also thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing vacation. The pool was a big hit with the teens, they spent hours swimming and lounging around. I personally love the hot tub. But what really set this place apart was the variety of games available. From board games to pool table and even a foosball setup, there was never a dull moment. The house had a great setup for some friendly competition among the kids, and it kept them entertained when we weren’t out enjoying the beach. Speaking of the beach, it's just a 10 minutes walk, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The location is peaceful, yet close enough to restaurants and shops if you want to explore. Overall, this beach house offers the perfect balance of relaxation and fun for everyone in my family, pets included! And customer services was very helpful. I would definitely love to come back and stay here again!”
