Our stay got off to a rocky beginning. We arrived Friday afternoon, and the internet wasn't working, either for the tv or our phones. The binder with information was out of date, and had a listing for a service provider that was no longer valid. Once we found the right one, they sent a service technician over Saturday afternoon. The next door neighbor had had construction done, and the cable line had been cut. Not our owners' fault of course. The house was nice, adequately furnished for our group of six people, and was close to many local restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the hot tub, and liked having a dog friendly property. I would recommend this home for a group our size.

Our stay at this beach house was everything we needed and more. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a home away from home. The house was so spacious, giving everyone room to spread out, but still cozy enough that we spent quality time together. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We all slept so well every night. One of our favorite parts was the pool. It became our peaceful little retreat each day, whether we were lounging in the sun or enjoying a quiet evening swim. The house stayed cool and comfortable the entire time, which made it easy to relax. And having two fridges was a game-changer for a group our size and we never had to worry about space for food or drinks. The short 8 minute walk to the beach was perfect. Just close enough to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted, but far enough to enjoy the quiet and calm of the neighborhood. This house truly gave us a chance to slow down, unwind, and make memories. We’re already talking about coming back.

This house were a perfect size for our 3 families with kids. It had nice character and was a reasonable walking distance to the beach. Overall was clean and in good condition. Check in and check out went smoothly. Would stay here again on a future trip. Also, it's a small thing, but there was plenty of soap for the dishwasher/dishes for our 3 days, which was nice.

Perfect home for multigenerational families. Plenty of space with multiple full bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals to include a bonus fridge on the lower level. Pool was perfect with lots of daytime sun. Short walk to the beach (5-8 minutes) with a lifeguard on duty. Beautiful community close to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. Can’t wait to visit again!

This was our first time to the Outer Banks. Everything was lovely. Clean, kind and quick to respond. Perfectly located. Woke up and walked to the beach for a sunrise! Came to look at wedding venues and found one and booked it! Even saw wild horses on the beach! Wonderful visit.

We rented this property for a long weekend and really enjoyed it. Lots of space to spread out, dining table for 8, plus kitchen bar seating. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach - perfection! We didn't use the pool but our teens did and enjoyed it and the provided floats. Outside shower has great water pressure and got the sand off easily. I would definitely rent this property again!

The house was very clean and cozy. Lots of activities - pool, hot tub, pool table, etc. The pool table has seen better days, but was fun nonetheless. There are lots of DVDs and Bluerays, which was good because we couldn’t get any of our apps (Netflix, Amazon, etc) to work. But there were lots of choices of what to watch. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was a life saver for our group of 9 who had to vacate our original rental do to an infestation. We were two families on vacation together with two teens, two 10 year olds and 1 two year old. We had plenty of space and extra room too. The private pool and hot tub were great and the beach was a short 2 to 3 block walk away - see an earlier review for a tip on a short cut from the home to the beach. The home was clean and cozy. The main floor bath was the most dated, but all others were updated. There are 2 grill options, charcoal or gas and there are plenty of extras for the pool or beach. We had a nice stay and were able to relax in a clean home.

We enjoyed our stay. (7 adults and 1 child) The homeowners have established a comfortable setting for families to enjoy their time together. The house was clean and prepared for us at the established time. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed the overall privacy provided by the trees around the property and parking for up to five vehicles. The kitchen was stocked with small appliances, cookware, serve ware and dinnerware.
