Welcome to OBX Calm, a spacious and inviting 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home nestled in the Ocean Sands community of the Outer Banks. Just a short walk from beach access, this home is designed for comfort, fun, and relaxation.

On the lower level, you'll find a full bathroom with direct access to the fenced-in backyard, perfect for dogs or outdoor play. The rec room features a foosball table, wet bar with a sink and mini fridge, and two pull-out futons for extra sleeping space. There's also a cozy bedroom with two twin beds.

The middle level offers a king ensuite with a relaxing tub, a queen bedroom with direct access to the deck and hot tub, a twin bunk room, and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk. A full hall bath and laundry room add convenience to this level.

Upstairs, the top level boasts another king ensuite bedroom, along with an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. Enjoy meals together with seating for ten around the dining table and additional space at the breakfast counter. A full deck provides the perfect spot for outdoor lounging, and a half bath completing the top level!

Whether you're soaking in the hot tub, enjoying game nights in the rec room, or gathering for meals with ocean breezes on the deck, OBX Calm is the perfect place to unwind and make lasting memories.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

My family and I were very pleased with the cleanliness of the inside as soon as we walked in. This was such a relief as this was our first time staying at a vacation rental so didn’t quite know what to expect. It was very warm and inviting with a lot of space for all to spread out when they wanted. The kitchen had all we needed to make every meal. There were plenty of towels and extra pillows and blankets. I loved the enclosed yard for the dogs. The deck overlooking the body of water was an amazing view which was an added bonus. The location is great. Loved that it was at the end of a cudelsac. The basketball hoop outside was a big hit for my teenagers. The walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes. Grocery stores and shopping are a 5-10 minute drive. The only thing I did not like was the toilet in hall bathroom on second level was not flushing as well as other toilets and we had to use the plunger a couple times but there’s plenty of bathrooms so it wasn’t a huge deal. There was just 7 of us staying in the house. It was a great stay and I would love to stay here again.

Loved being able to have very one under same roof. Large enough to have Thanksgiving for 11 people. Having g separate spaces for adults and kids. Kids enjoyed fire pit and smores.
