The house was great. The extra entrance on mid level to sit was convenient along with the entrance bottom level with pool table. All was clean and comfortable.

the house was perfect for a family getaway. we all had our own space to escape to if we wanted some quiet time and the main living room was great for everyone to be together playing games or watching football. everything was clean. we were happy to find a baby gate in the primary room’s closet for the stairs in the living room. the close proximity to the beach was also very welcomed.

We loved this house! It was very clean & met all our needs. We have a large family & we had plenty of space. They provided a lot of towels which we needed & appreciated that we had plenty. We also loved having the grill & were able to have a few cookouts. Our kids & grandchildren had a blast at The Red Star house! We also loved that it was a short walk to the beach! The community pool was even a shorter walk & we swam there too! I would highly recommend this house! We had a fantastic time & will definitely come back!

Typically when we go to OBX we are in Roadanthe and groceries stores are far away. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of Food Lion and Harris Teeter being close by! Loved how close the beach is and enjoyed the pool!

We recently stayed for a week at this beach house and had a very relaxing and easy vacation. We were a minutes walk to the beach, and also to a lake that was fun to walk around. The house was clean and well-appointed. The decorations were pleasant and it was fun to spot a red starfish in out of the way locations. We would definitely recommend this rental home to others!

Fantastic vacation spot. Very clean, awesome house to relax and have fun with family/friends. Mattresses are the absolute best I've ever laid on. I probably slept better here than my own home! Will say that wifi/internet is not that good, we did have a person jump on a few work calls but just something to consider if you need to work while at the house.

Very comfortable home, the entire group loved the home, hot tub and pool. Very short and easy walk to the beach. About a 5 minute stroll. Kitchen was well equipped as we cooked or grilled out on the gas grill each night. Plenty of parking spaces, outdoor shower to rinse off. Only wish there was a Kuerig coffee maker instead of an old traditional one for convenience.

This is my family's 3rd time coming back to this house. We love that it's always clean. It's clear they're continually updating it because each time we come back there are new changes (new flooring and cabinet hardware this time)! It's an easy walk to the beach, which is great for my kids who want to come and go all day. The outdoor carport area is really convenient for storing all the beach gear every day. The second fridge in the lower level is a huge help.

House was very clean and comfortable. Easy beach access, just walk down the street. Nice lake with good walking trail a few houses down. Close to pool and tennis courts. House pool was good and the hot tub also. Very enjoyable. Clean and well furnished.

This house has plenty of space and it has a great layout -- Top floor has an ensuite King bedroom, the kitchen, and the main living room. Sleeping space is on the middle floor, and the kids' area is on the lower floor -- meaning bunk rooms and pool table. Although the space is plentiful, this home hasn't been updated much. The kitchen and baths are vintage 90s.

This place was really great! More than enough room for our whole family. The place was clean, relaxing and spacious. We made a game of finding all of the hidden red starfish. Location was amazing! Steps away from the beach. Grocery stores one mile in each direction. 7 minutes from the 4x4 beach. Well maintained beach, pool and hot tub. Central Air cooled off the house within minutes on the 91 degree day. Family great room was filled with light and was a great atmosphere!
