All king and queen bedrooms are oceanfront and open to the decks.

Ground Level: Has a den with a Queen sleep sofa, TV, foosball, and refrigerator. The laundry and a half bath are also on this level.

Mid Level: One queen bedroom with en suite bathroom and an ensuite on the bunk room featuring two bunk sets. A second queen room shares a bath with the room with 2 twin beds. An outdoor hot tub and covered decks on this level provide more enjoyment for the family.

Top Level: Has a well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, large dining area with 2 round tables ideal for meals or family game time, a spacious great room that opens to a screened porch and a sun deck perfect for reading a book or enjoying incredible views of the beach. Also on this level is a king bedroom en suite with a spacious, tiled walk-in shower. A few steps up in the loft area you will find a queen with en suite bathroom and a separate living area with a 46 in. LCD TV/DVD. Here you will find the most incredible views of the beach from the deck.

Things to know
The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting. HOA is subject to change dates and times at their discretion.
No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Great layout. Lots of chairs in the dining room and room to spread out in the family room. Lots of deck space and chairs. Great access to the ocean. Right next to community pool and tennis courts. Well stocked kitchen, separate ice maker, 2 sinks. We loved everything about this house and will be back!

The house was very comfortable. All the bedrooms had their own bathroom with plenty of towels. We enjoyed sitting on the deck. Sleeping with the the sliding glass door open made sleeping easy. We LOVED our stay!

The view was stellar. The house had lots of space and the rooms provided enough privacy. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped with everything you could need. Plenty of seating and parking. Hot tub was a nice place to relax. If you don’t like steps, be aware that the dunes here are very tall. There are around 45 of them to get over the dunes.

Our family of 15 got perfectly in this house. Every family had enough space where you didn’t feel cramped. The pool was a short walk and the views of the ocean were incredible. The view was spectacular! From the main floor, you could see dolphins while enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The neighborhood was isolated just enough for privacy, but close enough to ride bicycles to the stores.

This house has everything you need when you need to be at the beach enjoying some much needed downtime. The kitchen is well appointed, and the rooms are functional with nice decor. We really enjoyed the easy access to the beach as well as being able to view the ocean and dolphins from just about anywhere in the house at any time of day, in any kind of weather. It's a gem among gems, and we look forward to returning.
