Dive into vacation mode on the pool deck, surrounded by loungers, outdoor speakers, and two polywood dining tables perfect for poolside meals. Inside, challenge your crew to a game of pool in the rec room, complete with a TV, stereo, and fridge for cold drinks. Need a quiet escape? The cozy den offers a sofa bed, full bath, and TV/DVD. A large bedroom with a pyramid bunk and another full bath makes this level ideal for kids or teens. Rinse off in the private outdoor showers or prep your catch of the day at the fish station. From here, stroll down your private beach walk with a foot wash at the gate.

Back inside on the middle level you are met with two luxurious king bedrooms with whirlpool tubs and TVs offer a spa-like retreat. A room with two singles (with trundles) and another with two bunk sets share a bathroom across the hall. The secluded hot tub deck between the ground and mid-level is perfect for stargazing or unwinding after a beach day. Swing your cares away on the middle deck’s double swings while soaking in the ocean breeze.

Stepping upstairs into the heart of the home! Enjoy sweeping ocean views from the open great room with a large U-shaped couch, swivel chairs, and a gas fireplace. The sunroom with glass doors adds extra seating and a round table for games or snacks. The kitchen is a dream with two dishwashers, a large pantry, and island seating for six. The dining table seats ten and offers panoramic views. A King main bedroom with whirlpool and TV completes this level. Step out onto the wraparound deck with Adirondack chairs and a high-top table, perfect for dolphin and pelican watching.

With spacious rooms, multiple gathering spots, and a sense of privacy throughout, Sand Goodies is the ultimate getaway for families and friends to spread out, relax, and reconnect. Beautifully landscaped and thoughtfully furnished, this home is ready to welcome you to the beach!

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sand Goodies through Village Realty! The home was beautiful and very well maintained/setup upon check-in. The only issue we had was the barbecue grill was left in an extremely poor and unusable condition. However, after contacting Village Realty, they had someone over the very next day to deep clean the entire grill for us. Will definitely be looking into renting with Village Realty again soon!

You never know what you're walking into when you rent a place for a couple of days. But this home was so nice! Nice open concept Livingroom/dining/kitchen, and a powder room on this floor as well. We had 6 people, we each had our own bedrooms and full bathrooms. The hot tub was great! The pool was open, but too chilly yet for us to use it, but we were really happy it was open for us, just in case. They had a welcome kit for us with dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, towels, soaps, & toilet paper. We never had to purchase any of that. You do not have to pack beach chairs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, or hair dryer, they provided all of that. The windows and the beach views are absolutely beautiful! I know there were some other comments about the deck. We wore our flip flops on the deck. As with any wooden deck, you want to be proactive and cautious of splinters and nails. It's aged, but not unsafe. To lock the handle doors, you lift the handle up and turn deadbolt. We finally figured that out, lol. In the end, I would book this place again. It was clean, the beach view was great, the beach was great, neighbors are friendly. Not far from restaurants/shopping, and still private charm. We didn't want to leave. Looking forward to a return trip! Thanks Sand Goonies!

Highly recommend. We had a fantastic winter week there. I am a chef and was delighted by the tools in the kitchen. The views are amazing . We, too , saw dolphins from the deck. The place was clean and the management team was responsive.
