Description

A Wave From It All is a lovely seaside home in the pristine community of Pine Island! Designed to be a place of relaxation and rejuvenation, it features beautiful beachy décor in a spacious design that allows for the whole crew to get together. Or, steal away to the cozy ships watch and grab a book from the library and catch the sunset views from the bench seating. The nicely equipped kitchen is a cook’s dream and the dining table has seating for 12 and you can fit three more at the bar. There are several new appliances (2022). In addition to the hot tub and large pool with nice lounge chairs, the spacious decks have tons of seating and are prime for catching seaside breezes. There are plenty of family games, a pool table, corn hole, volleyball, basketball, and a delightful kids’ bunk bed-playroom. There’s even a kitchenette on the ground level with a microwave and a full-size fridge for keeping poolside drinks chilled. You also have access to two large community pools, tennis courts, and biking trails throughout the quiet subdivision that are perfect for leisurely afternoon strolls. A Wave From It All is the ideal beach vacation home for everyone in the family.

Ground Level: Two bunk sets and trundle bedroom and a TV; hall bath; recreation room with pool table, TV, Blu-ray player, Wii, kitchenette, full-size refrigerator, microwave, outdoor speakers, and door to the pool area.

Mid-Level: main bedroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower, TV, and deck access; main bedroom with shower only, TV and deck access; bedroom with TV/DVD and deck access; open sitting area with a queen sofa bed and deck access; full hall bath.

Top Level: main bedroom with TV, large tiled shower and slider access to oceanside deck; great room with gas fireplace, deck access, TV, Blu-ray player; dining room with seating for 12; kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for three; powder room. Ships watch reading nook with library and seating.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.

Amenities: Private unheated pool, hot tub, basketball goal, gas grill, Keurig coffee maker, second refrigerator, outside shower, rec room, pool table, whirlpool tub, pack'n play. Beach access: 262 yards.

Two outdoor pools (one oceanfront with restrooms, showers, and locker room), tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, playground, racquet and fitness center, walking/biking trails, and Audubon sanctuary and center.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

We booked this house just two days in advance so I was worried how ready it would be. BUT it did not disappoint… the house was ready, very clean, well stocked and perfect for our family of seven. Plenty of room and fun things to do in the area. We loved how close we were to beach access, stores, and restaurants! We enjoyed the hot tub, large tv, and ample space to move around. I would stay here again and plan to return next new years!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in Corolla! The king beds in every bedroom was a plus (4). There were 4 bunk beds in one room below as well, but we didn’t use those. Each bedroom leads to a wrap around porch on the outside. Lots of light all around especially in the main living space and dining area! Curtains and blinds available to close at night. The house is a block away from the beach and we walked there 3 times during our stay. Great place to relax and get away from everything!

Stayed in this property week of July 27 to Aug 3. Walking distance to the beach was very good. Home had plenty of space and well maintained. This house was amazing, especially the master bedroom on the top floor. Well furnished and comfortable. The only thing we were not happy with is that the pool table is not standard size, which was not mentioned in the listing.

A Wave From It All is the perfect "home away from home"! The layout of the house can comfortably accommodate a big group - giving everyone their own space and also plenty of room to gather and play together. A great vacation house starts with a great kitchen set up! Regardless of how / what you like to cook, everything you need is there! The house is well stocked with books, games and plenty of things for outdoor fun. The furnishings are well thought out - very comfortable beds, cozy nooks for reading, relaxing Adirondack chairs for enjoying the breeze on the deck! Great memories made at "A Wave From It All"!
