Ground Level: This level offers a room with two bunk sets and two trundles, a TV, a full bathroom, and laundry.

Mid Level: Features a main bedroom with a TV. Two bedrooms share a bathroom. There also is a hot tub on the eastern deck.

Top Level: This floor offers a living room with an electric fireplace and entertainment center, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, half bath, and a ship's watch with a game table. The main bedroom with a TV is located here. The ocean views add to this home's appeal, as well as the screened porch with a picnic table off of the kitchen.

Amenities: Guests can enjoy a private unheated pool, hot tub, electric fireplace, WiFi, six TVs, DVD, CD/stereo, high chair, basketball hoop, screened porch, picnic table, and free long-distance calling within the US and Canada. Beach Access is 130 yards.

Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.

What's nearby: You'll be able to find two shared outdoor pools (one oceanfront with restrooms/showers/locker room), tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, a playground, racquet and fitness center, walking/biking trails, and the Audubon Sanctuary and Center.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

The house was beautiful. Everything you could want. Kitchen was fully equipped. Hot Tub and pool were very much enjoyed. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

This house provided everything we needed and our family had a great vacation. Our “must haves” included: - Close and easy walk to the beach. There is a nice and wide planked boardwalk all the way from the street to the beach. Was perfect for my father-in-law who is in his 80’s. - Dog friendly, cause our dog loves the beach too. - Pool and hot tub. The pool was great and our kids loved it. There was a handful of weeds popping up between the concrete, but not a big deal. Someone left a broken canopy tent in the pool area too, but again not a big deal. I was pleasantly surprised with a couple things that were not described in the listing: - There was a buggy for hauling stuff to/from the beach. It sounds silly, but this buggy made my week. I’ve been carrying stuff like a chump for ~40 years. We left the buggy at the end of the boardwalk and carried stuff down the steps to the beach, but still a game changer. - There was also a bike, but we didn’t really use it. Seemed like it was in decent condition. - The listing didn’t say anything about an outdoor shower or show any pictures, so we just crossed our fingers and figured it would be crazy to have a dog friendly house without an outdoor shower. There was an outdoor shower underneath the house near the main entrance, plus a hose for rinsing off feet / dogs. Overall, great house and would definitely recommend.

Well appointed. Great location. Great distance to the beach. Nice that the community has a playground for younger kids. The kitchen was very well equipped. I love that they provided linens and towels. There was plenty of towels for our huge family. Even though there was a lot of us there we felt like we all fit. It was a spacious and comfortable.
