Description

The ocean is full of amazing treasures and so is this magnificent, former-model home! No detail has been overlooked and every amenity is in place for your family. Enjoy the views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Currituck Lighthouse. Even the family dog is welcome.

The ground level features a lovely den with a TV, a double sofa bed, and a room with two singles and a full bath. On the main level, you will find a comfortable sitting room, a main bedroom with a beautiful custom-tiled shower, a room with a queen bed, and a room with Duobunk. There also is a full bath. The top level boasts a dining area with great lighthouse and sunset views and an artistically painted kitchen with granite countertops that enhance the experience. There also is a king main bedroom and a half bath. On-site amenities include a private unheated pool, a hot tub, three TVs, two DVDs, a central stereo, outside speakers by the pool and hot tub, video and books, and beach access 460 yards away.

Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.
The Village of Ocean Hills fitness center is offered to guests for a fee.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

We used the pool and the hot tub and not all homes there have a hot tub but we loved using it there. Extra mini fridge downstairs came in handy and the kitchen is well appointed. What can I say we hadn’t been to the outer banks in a long while but we missed it and Jewel of the Deep checked all the boxes. Loved it????

We enjoyed our stay here very much. There was plenty of space for our family. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. The pool and hot tub were great. There is a very tiny view of the ocean and a nice view of the Currituck lighthouse. It’s about an 8-10 minute walk to the beach.

The location of the house was perfect for us. It was located away from the downtown area and closer to the drivable beach which was an awesome experience for us! The house was close enough to the beach to hear the waves crashing on the surf. We seen the wild horses walking on the main road outside of our housing development which was something on our to do list that we wanted to experience. The home was beautiful like the pictures indicated and we had more than enough room for 4 adults and five children.
