**Top Level:** Huge living space with a 50” TV, equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, spacious dining area, half bath, and access to the rooftop sky deck with ocean and sound views.

For your peace of mind, this home is equipped with a doorbell camera at the main entrance to ensure a safe and secure stay.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

We enjoyed this home very much! Unfortunately spring break for us was 'out of season' the 3rd week of March so our biggest challenge was finding businesses that were not 'closed for the season'. One of the greatest highlights was sitting outside in the evening and listening to the sound of the ocean waves! We were able to enjoy sights at Corolla Park including climbing the lighthouse and touring the mansion at Whalehead. This spacious home had lots of things for us to do together as well as apart. We enjoyed board games and puzzles together. The many bedrooms with bathrooms allowed for quiet alone time. The kitchen was fully stocked for all of our needs from baking cakes and brownies to steaming crab legs! We enjoyed our first visit to Corolla!

The location was better than expected with beach access just a short walk away. We biked to restaurants. The house is spacious and kitchen adequately stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. It was clean and comfortable. A steal for the price we paid of around $300/night
