Description

This vacation home is sure to be a hit for your group. This oceanside retreat is located on a cul-de-sac in the Villages at Ocean Hill and is only a short stroll away from beach access. It offers views of The Currituck Lighthouse and has a great outdoor space offering a totally gated private pool and hot tub. After a week in Seaside Sea Esta, you'll have a hard time going home!

The ground level features a media room with a TV, sofa bed, and club chairs. Guests will enjoy the mini-fridge and wet bar that makes it easy to access from the totally gated private pool and hot tub located just outside the sliding glass door. You will also find a bedroom with a Bunk Set and Twin bed with Trundle and a full bath in the hall. Rounding out this level is the laundry closet. You'll find three bedrooms on the middle level. These rooms also have access to the decks outside through a screened porch. You will love the hammock and hammock swing located on the deck!

Make your way to the top level and you will find a nicely decorated great room with a TV, DVD player, stereo, gas fireplace, and access to the decks through sliding glass doors. Just off the great room, on the west side of the house, is another screened porch perfect for those family crab feasts! The kitchen is well equipped and the dining area offers a wooden table that seats guests, with seating for more at the kitchen bar. A half bath is located just off the great room as well as a loft for getting away from it all. Rounding out this floor is a lovely primary bedroom with a TV and deck access.

The Village of Ocean Hills fitness center is offered to guests for a fee.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Very pretty house with super easy private access to the beach! Beach has life guards and it’s not super crowded! House is perfect for a rainy day with private pool, hot tub, big patios with screened in porches! No ocean view but you feel the ocean breeze and hear the waves crashing from the deck! Kitchen has all the tools and storage! Food lion about a mile away and nice and wide bike paths! Will certainly come back!

This house was amazing, the owners really show their love in all the little details and updates. Kitchen was the best so far out of all the homes I have stayed in, fully equipped and had room for storage so I could keep the counters nice and clean/open. Layout was great and so much room for everyone! Outdoor area was private and relaxing. Location to the beach was amazing, loved how we could take long walks from the house to the 4X4 beach. I will most definitely rent this house again
