If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Our little family absolutely loved this home. We had plenty of space for us all. The kiddos loved the pool area, and we used the back screened in porch for almost every meal. Would come back again. Thank you for hosting us.

The layout was perfect. Plenty of room, climate in the home was amazing despite the heat wave we visited during. The walk to the beach was perfect! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. Having bikes was nice, could use a tire pump though. Would be nice if it were easier to communicate directly to the host/homeowner.

We all loved the pool and hot tub. The 2nd fridge is a great touch, living room furniture sat nice, 1 of the side lamps wasn’t plugged in no idea why. The rooms were plenty big for our ground of young adults, 2 middle aged and 1 senior. When you stay just prepare yourself for 30 steps from top to bottom, only know this cause the young adults counted them lol. The front porch is nice and covered my senior mom loved reading on the front porch in the mornings. We sat on the back deck and watched the sun rise while having our coffee. Over all we had a great time and was more than we expected.

The house was great for our family Thanksgiving holiday and comfortably fit 9 adults. The kitchen was well appointed and had plenty of everything needed to prepare meals. Everyone said the beds were comfortable and bedding was included as well as two towels for each guest. The location was on a quiet street and was a short walk to the nature preserve, the beach, and the lighthouse. Would stay here again.

We vacationed with two other families and this house was perfect for us. Spacious with comfortable beds and a wonderful open concept top floor for entertaining. The screened in eating area was a favorite spot for us! The saltwater pool is great! The ledge was great to hang out on. And plenty of area around for everyone to hang out.

This house had a very cozy vibe from the living room furniture to the bed’s & available outdoor space for walking our 4 legged family member. The pool was used every day. We were close to public access to the Ocean! We were also close to many activities & historic exploration areas. If your family is looking for a quiet place to get away, this is it!
