Description

You'll be on cloud nine when you discover the 5,000-square-foot wonderland at Paradise Found! The abundance of amenities will blissfully put you on top of the world. Of course, the real utopia will be the short walk down your private walkway to the enchanting Atlantic Ocean.

The two-vehicle carport entry and elevator provide a beginning for your journey to paradise. The ground level features an exercise room with a universal gym, recumbent bike, TV with a DVD player, and a half bath. There are indoor and outdoor guest storage closets on this level. Outside, you will find a half bath and two outdoor showers.

The mid-level features three main bedrooms, all with a great view. One of the bathrooms features a wide doorway, a roll-in shower, and a roll-under vanity. The SE Mid-level King is Handicap accessible, including roll in shower! There is also a bedroom on this floor with a main bedroom with two built-in Duobunks with extra long twin beds on the top and queen beds on the bottom. It also has a connecting playroom and ocean views. All bedrooms have direct deck access, and all but one have ocean views. The recreation room/sports bar has a large TV with a DVD player, a pool table, a bar with seating, a refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher, a sink, and a TV over the bar to keep your group entertained for hours! The hot tub on the southeast deck just outside overlooks the pool and ocean.

On the top level, the great room showcases a large living and dining area with surrounding decks and awe-inspiring ocean views. The kitchen has two ovens, a large cooktop, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, double sinks, a wine cooler, a pantry, and a curved counter with seating. A gas grill is right outside on the deck. The heavenly living area provides a large-screen TV with a DVD player and a gas fireplace. Also, on this level, you'll find a computer workstation and a game table. Two main bedrooms adorn this level, one with fantastic ocean views. A third main bedroom overlooks the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. WiFi is available throughout the house, on the decks, and around the pool.

No pets. No smoking/vaping.

Guests can enjoy a private 15-foot by 30-foot L-shaped saltwater pool, a year-round hot tub, a Pack 'n Play, two private washer/dryers, and a private walkway to the beach.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

The house was perfect for our family and friends. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Private access to the beach was great as well as the property’s private pool and hot tub. The house has everything you need in the kitchen and throughout the house. The house was clean when we arrived and check out was a breeze. I contacted management during the visit and they sent someone over immediately. The outside decks could use some attention (power wash the wood and/or put some paint or stain on the wood. We would rent this house again.

We try to use this house at least once each year. The owners have done a super job keeping the property updates and in great shape. The new paint, AC, roof and carpet look amazing! Also, best view on the beach. The slight angle of the house location allows for two full window walls to present a breathtaking view from the top floor.

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week and it was absolutely incredible. Every room has an amazing view and the layout flows very naturally. We had friends and family that stayed with us and no one ever felt crowded or uncomfortable. It is isolated just enough to give you that sense of privacy and the feel of having your own private beach while being close to all your essential needs and tourist hot spots. This is a great property. Kitchen is well-stocked, lots of gathering spaces, bedrooms are comfortable, beautiful ocean views. Great covered decks. It was clean and ready for us on time. One of the best stretches of beach we've ever enjoyed - it is wide and drops off gradually which is great for the kids - safer if they go in the water and there were frequently tidal pools for the very little ones to play in. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back! The accommodations were beyond our expectations. A lot of thought must have been put into outfitting this lovely house. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. There is so much to do within walking distance in addition to being oceanfront. The place could not have been cleaner and well kept. Note: we read a previous review detailing someone's displeasure with the cleanliness of the subject. We did not see any of the issues they addressed. This place is clean as a whistle! We are hoping to get back to "Paradise Found" soon!!!

My husband and I stayed at 1073 Lighthouse Dr. on September 26 through September 29. The home was beautiful, spacious and accommodating! We enjoyed the gourmet kitchen and had fun cooking dinners. We enjoyed the expansive deck watching the beautiful sunrise and sunset. The home was clean and immaculately appointed. The bed was comfortable and the linens were plush - I had the best nights sleep listening to the sound of the ocean! Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!
