My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for the adults and children to enjoy. Village Realty ensured our stay was pleasant and welcoming. The only issue we had was a clogged toilet and that was fixed the same day, Thanksgiving day to be exact. Everyone was impressed how the kitchen drawers were labeled so you didn’t have to search for kitchen utensils. This place easily gets 5 stars. My family and I are looking to come back to this home in the near future. Thanks again Village Realty, you all did an amazing job.

I loved everything about this house. This house was all we needed for our yearly get away. Was going to book again but it was all booked up for our dates. We had many getaways and by far this was the best home we visited yet. We had everything I mean everything we need.

Amazing house for our family of 16! Grandma and I, 4 adult’kids’ 3 spouses and 7 grandchildren 10-19 yrs old. We had plenty of room (9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. Table for 16 for dinners! Play room and theater room fantastic as was in ground pool. Location of Carola was great. Kitchen fully stocked with huge number of dishes, bowls, utensils of all sorts and lots of pots and pans.

The home was exactly what I expected (the photos did not lie) so much room that 21 of us never felt like we were on top of each other. Close to the beach and shops. I will definitely return to the OBX for another visit ??

This house has everything going for it starting with the short walk to the beach. Thanks to the private pool there is immediate relief for those who have enjoyed enough sun. The amenities offer good times to every age group with the theatre room being a major draw. Whatever you need to prepare a good meal is available in the well appointed kitchen. The master suites with bathrooms cannot be beat. My family will return next summer for our third year In vacation paradise.

This house had it ALL! Perfect house for our three families and the grandparents. The elevator was wonderful for groceries and older adults who wanted to give their knees a rest climbing stairs! Plenty of room and we all took home wonderful memories!

We had three generations of family gather for vacation at the home, and appreciated the variety of spaces and activities which allowed us the opportunity to gather as a large group for meals, but also to spend plenty of time in small groups throughout our stay. The kitchen is particularly well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and many appliances for meal preparation.
