“Down by the Sea” is where you'll want to be! Enjoy spending your vacation in this beautiful oceanside home in Whalehead Beach. Enjoy the private pool, hot tub, and the quick walk to the beach!

Ground Level: This floor features a very large rec room with a Ping-Pong table, wet bar with bar fridge, big-screen TV, stereo and a semi-private main bedroom with a king bed. The pool and hot tub are accessible from the rec room.

Mid Level: You will find two lovely main bedrooms with king beds on this floor, in addition to a room with twin beds that shares a bath with a bedroom that features two twin-over-double bunk beds. All rooms on this floor have deck access.

Top Level: This floor features a great room with a TV, stereo, kitchen, living and dining areas, powder room, and a main bedroom with a king bed King and a private deck.
No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.

Amenities: Private unheated Pool, hot tub, WiFi, eight TVs, two DVD players, two stereos, two dishwashers, wet bar with a full-size fridge, high chair, Ping-Pong table, horseshoes set, and a private gas grill. Beach access is 400 yards.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Two minor issues with grille and code were addressed immediately Dan was on point responsive with maintenance resolved issues quickly House was amazing had two and a half families and everyone had room to eat together, private space 10 adults 3 kids Plenty to do with pool area spacious and clean! Great layout for a large mixed family group. Several games, beach chairs, floats, and large yard for corn hole. Top viewing deck perfect location for fireworks which are only a mile away! Bring a bike or wagon for the beach, but yes still very nice location because of the beautiful convenient walking path directly across the street.

House had plenty of room for everyone. Nice pool and hot tub easy access to the beach about a 5-10 minute walk. Another plus to the house is it’s about a five minute walk to get ice cream.

This home was perfect for our trip to Corolla. We had three separate families and the four master bedrooms worked out perfectly! No one fought for bathrooms either! The house was clean and was recently re-sided with cedar shakes and decked. The two dishwashers helped us keep up on the dishes and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need besides food. Plenty of towels provided as well and the washer and dryer on site was running all week allowing us to head home without loads of laundry to do when we got back! We spent lots of time in the large in-ground pool when the rip tides became too dangerous to swim in. This has been one of our favorite places in the OBX to stay and we plan to keep coming back!
