This upscale oceanside duplex in Beacon Villas is part of the Corolla Light community, where your family will have access to premier resort amenities. After a day at the beach or exploring Corolla, come home and gather in the bright and airy great room with an open-concept layout, vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors. When you're not dining out, prepare meals at home in the well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and island with bar seating. The two primary bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level and both include king beds and ensuite baths. Downstairs, the rec room can serve as an additional living area or kid's hang-out space. Watch movies or shoot pool on the billiard table for hours of indoor entertainment. There's even a wet bar with full-size refrigerator for convenient drinks and snacks without having to go upstairs. In the evenings, head out to the screened porch and unwind with a soak in your very own bubbly hot tub.
A sidewalk leads directly from the Beacon Villas neighborhood to the Shad Street beach access, located less than half a mile from the house, for a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Guests who prefer to drive can take advantage of Shad Street's public parking lot. During your stay in Corolla Light, your family will also have access to a variety of world-class resort amenities - there's truly something for everyone! A trolley stop is located just 300 feet from the house and will take you anywhere in the community. Take a ride over to the Oceanfront Complex for a full day of fun in the sun. Along with direct access to the beach, you'll find three outdoor pools, a snack bar, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball and a playground.
Over on the soundside, Vitamin Sea is only half a mile from the Corolla Light Sports Center. This 36,000 sq. ft. facility includes an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a fitness center with showers and a sauna, racquetball, walleyball, ping pong, and weekly classes/activities. The community's outdoor soundfront pool is located directly across the lake. From there, you'll have access to miles of nature trails and a soundside pier for fishing and crabbing.

We have stayed at Vitamin Sea for many years now and always return to find something new and updated. The owners of this home take loving care of it and have amazing attention to details! The kitchen is beyond well-equipped for multi days of family meals and cookouts. The living space is thoughtfully appointed with beautiful pieces and the layout lends itself to great conversations and spending time together. We love the hot tub, game room and the extra fridge in the lower level. The bathrooms and bedrooms are extra nice and comfortable. And it’s very clean and neat every time we arrive, always in like-new condition! Can’t wait to come back again soon to create more wonderful family memories! I stayed at this hidden gem last month and had such an incredible stay that I wanted to share it with you. How many times have you rented a place at the beach and could immediately tell the owners haven't been there in a while - because things are outdated, sparse, maybe even run-down? Well, that definitely wasn't the Vitamin Sea! The place was immaculate, very roomy, and so comfortable. Each room was very nicely furnished, with a great en suite bathroom, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make large family meals each night. There are also great restaurants nearby within walking distance. The kids loved the pool table and hot tub on the first floor, but better yet was the access to Corolla Light's other amenities: several pools (three indoor and one outdoor), an awesome convenient restaurant that delivers food/drinks to the beach! activities galore for the kids (basketball courts!), umbrella rental (additional charge), and SO MUCH MORE! The house was one block from the sound and a short five-minute walk to the beach. I've been to OBX hundreds of times, but this was the first time I actually felt like I was at an all-inclusive resort elsewhere. Over the years, we've enjoyed staying different places on the island but next year we'll return to Corolla and stay here, it was that great!- Posted: 3/27/2025

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Vitamin Sea! Our family has been vacationing in the Outer Banks for decades, and this has been one of our most enjoyable stays! Amazing location, we walked to the beach in just a few short minutes with a wide stretch of sand not seen at many other beaches. Also, a short walk to great shops and restaurants. Everything about this home is warm and welcoming. Well-appointed kitchen, tastefully decorated and perfect for a family(s) traveling with kids or teens! We especially loved the bedroom on the upper level - it was like a private sanctuary! Vitamin Sea was the perfect, much needed getaway for our family.  An absolutely gorgeous home that is exceptionally maintained with amenities that far exceeded our expectations.  We parked our car when we arrived and didn’t need it again until we left.  The location is amazing, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and all of the community amenities.  Our kids loved playing on the nearby basketball courts, and it was a treat to relax and unwind in the hot tub at the end of a fun filled day.  We all agreed that it was some of the best sleep we have had in a while due to the comfortable beds.  The kitchen is stocked with anything you may need to cook for on your family—they even have an outdoor grill.  We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful home and have already booked our next stay.  This property is a true gem-the perfect spot to relax, unwind and enjoy time with family or friends!- Posted: 4/10/2025
