Stay in the model home from the newest community in Corolla Light - Beacon Villas! This upscale duplex is on the ocean side of Route 12 with easy access to the wide Corolla beaches. Professionally decorated and with a total of three master bedrooms. The lower level features a game room, a bedroom as well as a screened porch. On the main level are two master bedrooms, and the great room opens onto a corner sun deck and a cozy covered porch. The upstairs bedroom features a queen bed, private bath and views of the Currituck Sound.
Guests of Seaside Serenity have access to all the amenities of Corolla Light including the oceanfront pool complex, walking trails, indoor sports center, soundside pool and many more. The community is conveniently located to the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Whalehead, Heritage Park and the village of Corolla, as well as the Corolla Light Town Center. Overall it was a great stay - the mattresses seem a little out of date and some of the provided cooking pans were in need of replacement but overall we had a great time. Will be back to the OBX next year and will be booking through you!!- Posted: 4/5/2025

Going to Corolla never disappoints! Seaside Serenity was the perfect space for our family gathering. The kids enjoyed the downstairs space with their own fridge, TV, and pool table. The adults enjoyed having their own master bedrooms and the pool table.
Village Realty was very easy to work with. We ran into an electrical issue and they were on top of it, quickly and efficiently. While an electrician had to ultimately come out and work on the issue, it did not interfere with our stay. Stuff happens!

Beautiful house
The house was beautiful and more than enough room for our family. Very squeaky beds and some broken appliances but overall very enjoyable. You must pick up your wrist bands about 15-20 minutes away so plan accordingly. Beach was a further walk than expected due to access points. It’s about a half mile but there is a parking lot beachside.- Posted: 8/10/2024

Overall a GREAT place to stay. Our family loves to drive and park on the 4x4 and this place is super close to the access
The only issue was we had to go all the way to village realty to get wrist bands for the pool and we didn’t realize it until our second to last day there. Would’ve been nice to have them in the house already. (The office is a good 12-15 minute drive from the house)

The condo we rented was well furnished and super clean! Only complaint was bed was very firm. A pillow topper on one of the beds would be much appreciated for those of us that prefer a softer bed.- Posted: 5/18/2024

The rental property was very clean and well maintained. I had to call maintenance due to us locking ourselves out of a bedroom and they were on site within minutes. We will definitely stay again when visiting OBX.- Posted: 7/1/2023

Seaside Serenity is very nicely decorated and has all the little extras to make your stay most enjoyable. This house is so close to public beach access as well as the Corolla Light sports complex and pool facility. The lower level setup is the perfect place for your teens to hang out. With a TV in every bedroom and all with private full baths, everyone in our party felt they had everything they could possibly need.- Posted: 7/1/2023

the condo was excellent place to stay. kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need for cooking and eating. the beach was about a 10 minute walk but we were able to park at the public parking which was very close to the beach. only complaint was the internet connection was very bad and the tv hardly worked because of it, they said someone would be out to fix it in the middle of the night but i don't believe they did- Posted: 5/20/2023
