Beautiful house on the bay side, feet from the water. Well stocked with kitchen tools, but tiny amounts of dish soap, no dish washer soap.
Plenty of interior space, beautiful deck, canoe available!

We absolutely loved our stay!! We have stayed in the outer banks multiple times a year for the last 20 plus years and this was by far one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. We have stayed at this property at least 5 times and have been very pleased. This house does have some outside maintenance issues. The house needs a thorough power washing. There is missing aluminum gable trim. I noted some rotted wood around some windows. Some of the trim work needs a paint refresh. There was broken lattice screens and 2 pieces of broken patio furniture. The sunsets are still incredible!- Posted: 8/1/2023
This house was perfect!! It was exactly what my family needed! The listing didn’t do this house justice. I will definitely return to this house. ALL family members were happy…. This was our third year in Live Oak Landing. We love the views of the sound, especially from the deck on the south side of the house. The kids have a great time too in the TV & sitting room on the 2nd floor. We also like the fact the house is very near the southernentrance to the Currituck Club. We had a great time in this house! Beautiful view from the back deck. We loved being able to grill outside. Also enjoyed sitting in the hot tub with a fantastic view! We noticed one of the air conditioners in a bedroom wasn’t cooling properly so we called the Village reality and they came out and fixed it that day. Renting this house was very easy and stress free.
