It's All About The View and so much more! This stunning sound-front home located in The Currituck Club will leave you breathless from the amazing sound views, awesome sunsets, and the beautiful décor. Your OBX vacation at its All About The View will be the talk of many fond memories to share with family and friends. Outside you can relax in your own private pool area, which includes a hot tub and spacious cabana with seating and Tiki bar. Inside you will marvel at the great room with the wall off windows that offer a panoramic view of the sound. Prepare some delicious meals in the upscale kitchen with granite countertops and two dishwashers. Family fun time in the rec room with a pool table and kitchenette is a must. Enjoy music through-out the house with speakers in the living room, rec room and by the pool on the SONOS app. All TV's offer streaming and standard Spectrum channels. Four king master bedrooms and two pyramid bunk bedrooms gives everyone the space they need for relaxation and quiet time. The elevator that gives access to all levels offers the convenience to bring in your groceries and luggage. Best of all you don't have to leave your furry pals behind!

The Currituck Club has so much to offer from beautifully landscaped walking and biking paths, a community pool, tennis courts, and fitness center. Located just outside the gate is the Harris Teeter grocery store, some local restaurants, and shops. There is much to do and see in Corolla so make sure you visit all of the sites and adventures.

The house was perfect, as was the neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked. The shaded pool area and shallow section of the pool allowed everyone to enjoy the space together. Everyone we spoke with at Village Realty was friendly and helpful, as always!

Overall we loved the house. It was beautiful and perfect for our family. We were disappointed that the pool was not heated and did not get fixed until Thursday. The heated pool was one of the reasons we chose this house. This left only one day to enjoy time in the pool because the days were cooler during our stay. The left dishwasher was not working. We tried it twice. Did not clean. Also the gate leading out to the pool from the basement was difficult to latch. The gate on the back porch needs maintenance and had exposed nails.

We have been staying in the Currituck Club for close to 10 yrs now for our annual vacations . This house is definitely one of the top 3 that we have rented. It was very clean and well stocked. I loved the 3-season room and the fact that the pool was heated was definitely a bonus. Beds were very comfortable and the dog area was great for our 4-legged kids. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings drinking our coffee and in the evenings enjoying a glass of wine watching the sun set. It would have been nice to have access to a pantry in the kitchen to keep our stuff in instead of keeping it on the kitchen counter. Also, this is the first house that I stayed in that didn`t have any books to read. Other than those 2 issues, we had a wonderful time and made great memories at All About the View.

All about the view is a perfect family retreat. We stayed with four families, there was plenty of space for all the parents and kids. The kids spent every day in the pool, which was clean and the perfect temperature. The pool was perfectly designed for young swimmers and adults that wanted to cool off. It has this perfect seat/ledge around the boarder, great for spending hours relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need, times two! Two dish washers, two sinks, plenty of cups, dishes etc. The appliances are new and the work great. Downstairs there is a second fridge and wet bar, perfect for margaritas by the pool. We especially liked the personal balcony off our room. We would sit out there in the morning and do a crossword watching the day rise. The kids would have ice cream on the large balcony each night. Then we all cuddled up on the couch to watch movies at night. Other perks: the elevator made hauling luggage upstairs a breeze, it’s SOOOOO close to the beach access (we rode bikes there every day), Harris Teeter is right outside the community, felt very safe on the cul-de-sac (kids could ride around on their bikes), outdoor shower(!!!!), hot tub with sunset views, each bedroom is far enough away that you don’t hear anyone else, dog run, trolley stop is steps from the door. We had such an amazing visit. This has been a tough year for everyone, but to have this special time with family was priceless. We can’t wait to come back next year! Thanks All About the Vieiw!
