Description

Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, Casa del Sol invites you to relax. The living area is open and light-filled, with room to gather with friends and family and enjoy the breathtaking views and sunsets over the Currituck Sound. Comfortable furniture and a gas fireplace (off-season only) complete the ambiance. The main deck off the living room has outdoor speakers, plush seating and a gas fire pit for crisp evenings in the fall and spring. The pool deck has a gas grill and dining area for casual lunches and dinners. All overlook a 30’ x 15’ in-ground private pool.

The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, a gas cook-top and a large refrigerator with plenty of room for all your goodies and beverages. There is a double oven and cookware to accommodate even the most discerning chef. A sun room is located off of the kitchen and dining area, with soothing colors and fluffy pillows that await your morning coffee routine or the anticipated paperback/Kindle book. Oleander and decorative grasses surround the sun room and a feeder welcomes a variety of local birds.

A downstairs primary is the perfect option for those who wish to remain on the main floor. The suite features sound views, deck access and a private bathroom with jetted tub and separate glass and tile shower. Two additional primary suites upstairs allow guests to wake up to glorious views of the marsh grasses and the sound.

The bonus room over the garage serves as a second living space with ample seating, a large TV and a wine fridge. There's also a Foosball table for your enjoyment, plus a game table for puzzles or cards.

Casa del Sol is located in The Currituck Club, a picturesque community that offers guests exclusive amenities including trolley service, pools, tennis courts and more. After a day at the beach, explore the variety of nearby shops and local restaurants that Corolla has to offer.

Village Realty leaves nothing out when it comes to their standards of service. We have been staying in Corolla for over 20 years. We have never been disappointed by a rental. Casa Del Sol was the best home we have ever stayed in. Four generations of women celebrated! We already rebooked for next year.

The house was just like the pictures. Beautiful house and well equipped kitchen. You can tell the owner really wants you to enjoy the house. Nice thoughtful touches - book with everything in it, beverage cooler where you can drink one or leave one . Phone chargers on each nightstand was a plus. Casa del Sol is a beautiful and well maintained home. It is clear that the owners care about it and want people staying there to love it as much as they do. What we particularly appreciated were the many amenities that were offered. We enjoyed our stay there very much and look forward to returning. The sunsets were breathtaking.....

Would like to say thank you so much to the owners of Casa del Sol who provided a wonderful stay for our family the week of 6/26/2022. The property is beautiful inside and out, every room in the house is decorated so nicely. The master bedrooms and baths are gorgeous. Sunroom is stunning. The view can`t be beat!! The furnishings throughout the house were so comfortable and attractive. Totally enjoyed the pool and comfortable chaise lounges. Kids had a blast. Hope to be back before too long!

We have stayed at Casa del Sol quite a few times and truly love the home and the view! The owners have created a welcoming home and we look forward to returning in the future. Home is well-stocked and comfortable.

The home was very clean when we checked in and well stocked. We liked that the house included the basic pantry items. There were a few minor issues (running toilet, garage didn't close all the way, 3 of the 5 bikes were broken, gate code didn't work on first day). Overall, a very nice stay for myself and the family.

Our family had a wonderful week-long stay and we wish it would've lasted longer. We were especially appreciative of the "kids room" (as we called it) above the garage - which has a huge couch, full bathroom, TV, foosball table, and mini fridge. The pool was fantastic and kept the kids entertained all week. The shuttle service to/from the beach (a 2 minute drive) was also a great addition. The garage has a few beach chairs, umbrellas, and 5 (I think) bikes which we utilized all week. It was fun sitting on the back deck (with a great gas fire pit) - which faces the sound - and watching the wildlife (there's an Osprey nest on the back corner of the property!) and beautiful sunsets. The house even came with a set of binoculars so that we could look at the birds. Only complaint is that the gate code (to get into the community) wasn't initially provided - so make sure to ask for that! Otherwise 5/5 stars and would happily rent here again!

Beautiful soundfront home, loved the quiet location. A bit dated (bathrooms especially) but well cared for. Appreciated the home was nicely stocked with items like dishwasher detergent, tissue and hand soaps - things one often forgets to bring on vacation.

It's very nice. I sugress that you put the book with all the informatio on this to do on the table or tablr when you come in the front door. We didn't find it until the last day.
