Walk out onto one of 2 screened porches and watch the amazing view of the sunset over the Currituck Sound. We have a great outside area with a private pool and a hot tub to enjoy any time. You'll also enjoy The Currituck Club amenities, tennis courts, community pools and a trolley service (throughout the summer months). You'll find the elevator a great convenience no matter if you're checking in, out or just bringing up groceries.
Chefs will love our kitchen with double ovens, a wet bar and a full size refrigerator. Amenities include a putting green, tetherball, ping pong table, basketball goal, grill, outside shower.

Unwind in the screened-in hot tub or splash in your very own 12' x 28' private pool. Endless Sunsets offers three master suites, and all of the bedrooms have decks or private balcony access. Sharpen your golf game with putting practice or jog along the extensive lighted trails.
The owner of the property would like all of his guests who rent for a full week to enjoy the benefit of golf membership. He will refund the difference between the regular golf fee and the discounted golf rate for any guests who golf. To receive the difference, contact either the owner or Village Realty and provide your receipt.
No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 5 cars. All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Level One - Entrance way is on lower level through garage. Door width is 35 inches and the lip is 1/2. The elevator goes to all floors. The door width is 30 inches wide. The elevator dimensions are 40 inches x 40 inches. Approach on the lower levels and upper levels is adequate for wheelchair...a little tight on the mid-level landing.
Mid Level - Bedroom with a door width of 36 inches. Private bath with roll under sink, shower with handrails and portable shower seat. The shower lip is 2 inches high.
Top Level - Kitchen is easily accessible.

This property made for a fantastic vacation. This was our first trip to the OBX, my wife researched quite a bit before selecting this home, and it payed off!! 3 families with a total of 11 people, this house worked out perfectly for us and was very spacious. The elevator was great to have when needing to avoid the stairs, and the activities in the home gave the kids something to do from dawn till dusk. The location however was outstanding, so close to areas we wanted to be, golf, tennis, grocery stores, and restaurants. Yet it was on a quiet street away from heavy traffic, but still able to have the trolley pick us up at the end of the driveway when headed to the beach, which is only 2 min away. I can`t envision ourselves staying anywhere else when we take our next trip to the OBX. Lastly, the owner has done an excellent job organizing and preparing this house as a rental unit, made it very easy to walk in and feel at home. Excellent!!- Posted: 7/10/2023

Three families stayed for a week in this beautiful home. The house was perfect for 13 of us - 10 adults / young adults and 3 children. We loved the top floor kitchen and access to deck and screen porch. The spacious pool provided a wonderful reprieve from the heat and many memories were created. Watching the sunset over the sound each night was glorious. Also appreciated the close proximity to beach access, grocery store & liquor store. We had a fantastic week at Endless Sunsets! The home was so clean and was ready a few hours early! The views were terrific, the kitchen well stocked, pool area large and just a really great home for a large family. It was a wonderful home but the air conditioning was not very good in the afternoons on the top floor. Also I was very excited about the water filtration system but it tasted bad. That was disappointing.- Posted: 6/1/2023

We have been going to the outer banks for almost 25 years during that time all of our stays have been through village realty as the property manager. Our most Recent stay in April we requested due to allergies at the home be completely dust free village realty did an excellent job during our stay. Took care of any issue we had same day. The photos of this house were just as advertised and everything was clean and in working condition. Great views of the golf course and sound and it`s located at the end of a quiet street so we had a lot of privacy. This was the perfect home for our family. No one to argue over who was getting the King BR, and no one arguing over who was next in the bathroom. Plenty of space for 3 families to spread out and have privacy, and yet still intimate enough to enjoy being together for vacation. Beds were comfy, and the water was hot and the pressure excellent!We loved cooking and no matter what we reached for, it was available. Plenty of table and silverware, along with serving pieces for large families. The dishwasher was surprisingly quiet --- so much so that we often had to doublecheck to make sure we had started the cycle! Pots and pans galore, and everything in between including a nice gas grill! We have never stayed in a home as well equipped for cooking! And we loved, loved, loved the large round dining table! The upper deck with views of the 7th hole and gorgeous sunsets quickly became our favorite spot to be! Early morning coffee listening to the birds chirp and the Ospreys fly was amazing. There was one large bird that would fly over several times with breakfast in claw for the next! We enjoyed the Trolley service and the beach valets very much. Wow! What a lovely home. This was our 2nd year vacationing in the Currituck Club and our 1st time in this home. Endless Sunsets did not disappoint. Perfectly appointed with all the amenities you need. You can tell the owners really think about the guests and their needs while they are in the home. Our group of 10 (4 adults, 6 children) had more then enough space and there was plenty to do at the house. The evenings on the deck watching the beautiful sunsets were definitely one of the highlights of the trip. In addition, the convenience of staying within the Currituck Club, is wonderful. Also, one member of our group decided to golf and the owner graciously discounted the golf price to the member price. Such a beautiful and well maintained community.
