Breeze The Day provides the perfect setting for a vacation experience you won't soon forget. One level living with a wonderfully equipped kitchen, 5 ensuite bedrooms and a garage/game room. Everyone in your vacation clan will find something special and memorable about this Currituck Club vacation home. After a fun day at the beach or exploring the OBX end your day relaxing in your private, heated, saltwater pool or hot tub.

The Currituck Club community is a gate-attended community with amenities such as a trolley, fitness center, 5 pools, lighted sidewalks, tennis and basketball courts. Enjoy all the great amenities of the community, the closeness of many great local restaurants, shopping and family activities. This neighborhood is perfect for walking, running and biking in.

All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

No pets allowed - pet free. No smoking/vaping. Ask about our Military Discount.

I’ve been staying in the OBX for 30 years and this was by far the CLEANEST home. Was very impressed. The pool and hot tub area was so relaxing and private. Hot tub was huge, enough for the 7 of us plus more. The kitchen has everything you need PLUS there is now a new KEURIG machine for those who are wondering. Game room was a hit as well. The layout was perfect and easy for my mom who uses a rollater to get around the house and no steps needed to get out onto the lanai and pool area. Instructions for the pool alarm would be nice as another guest had mentioned in an earlier review, but other than that it is a beautiful house.

Upon arrival we opened the front doors to one of the most spectacular rentals we have ever rented. Everything down to the furnishings were nothing short of excellent. The residence was clean and well equipped. The pool area was so pleasant to sit and relax while enjoying a sit in the built-in hot tub. The only drawback was the grill in that it uses charcoal in lieu of gas which is no game changer but would have been nice to know. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a place to go, relax and unwind with unlimited privacy.

Breeze the Day is an amazing house, and very unusual for OBX, because it's a ranch style house with all 5 BRs on one level. It worked great for our family, with everyone having private BR space just off the main family area. The pool area is amazing, and the little kiddie pool off to the side of the main pool, was a big hit with the toddlers in our group. The hot tub just off the end of the pool, was also a big hit. The beds were all comfortable enough, and everyone seemed to sleep okay. The converted garage (now a game room) is awesome, and the arcade style video game machine was great. One BIG add, relative to the property listing and the pictures, was putting a second fridge in the game room. That was a lifesaver for us with groceries, etc. Only real complaint we had, was that there were no instructions anywhere in the house on how certain things worked. The biggest example was the pool alarms on all 3 patio doors. The alarm sounds every single time you open the door, and continues blaring until you find and figure out how to use the bypass button. And even then, you only have so many seconds to close the door before it goes off. It was annoying. Just a little booklet on the counter explaining this, would have been nice. But all in all, this is a great property, and we had a great week. Also, it's located very close to the Harris Teeter grocery, and you barely have to leave the neighborhood to get there.

Nice big kitchen. Playroom for kids was great. We loved the pool, especially the space for the little kids. Bedrooms were great with ensuites. the teens and their dads loved the game room . I loved the secluded and tranquil area..

Our families love the amenities of The Currituck Club and this home was one of our favorites! A great layout, and entertaining for kids and adults alike. After a day at the beach everyone had something to do whether It was hanging out by the pool or hot tub, or challenging each other to a game of pool or ping pong. Perfect setup with bathrooms for each bedroom. Our only recommendation would be lounge chairs and an additional table out by the pool.

We absolutely loved the house and can't wait to book again!! Everything was extremely clean and tidy! There are lights in the pool and hot tub that we wish we would have found sooner(its the switch on the house by the fence behind the controls)! We had 7 people staying in the house with us and we all had plenty of room to spread out and not get on each others nerves! Happy renting!

The house was amazing! Just as described. Wonderful for a big family with lots to do in the area. Pool and hot tub were amazing, and the beach a close drive or even a bike ride away if you are in good shape.
Village Realty was 10min behind as they were still finishing up cleaning past check-in time of 4pm. Trash was found under several beds- Capri sun, pkg of donuts, and a glass baby bottle. Other than that, the house was well cleaned. we had an issue with a refrigerator/freezer; they responded to message, but didn't follow up and freezer continued to not work during our stay. Luckily, there was another one in the garage as we had frozen breast milk to store for our newest grand-daughter.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

This was a gorgeous, brand-new house! The pool was amazing!! Loved the one level living and awesome playroom. The AC was not working we arrived but was quickly addressed and fixed. The only 2 suggestions I would make would be to add a Keurig and to turn the children`s playroom into another bedroom. All that is needed is some curtains and a TV and it becomes a 6-bedroom house. There is more than enough room for children, teenagers and adults to enjoy themselves. Our family has been coming to Corolla for 9 years now and this is the first house I would rent again, especially with the additional bedroom. Village Realty was wonderful as usual to work with. I would highly recommend this house.
