You'll enjoy poolside cookouts at the bar, grill area, relaxing on the screened porch, while taking in the fabulous views and sunsets or gently rocking or swinging on the covered porch. You may decide to soak in the garden tub or enjoy the 7-jet shower in the owner's master bath. All of this will further convince you this is truly 'Heaven on Seven'. We had 9 in our group and the house was accompanied. The beds were comfortable. We had a problem with the AC downstairs and Village Realty really helped us out. If possible I would suggest I newer grill as it didnt cook our food all the way. Overall, we had perfect beach days.- Posted: 7/11/2023

Nice house. A few places show aging (outside in particular) but overall wonderful house and a great fit for our family. Hot Tub thermostat is broken. Water was scalding hot. We have a hot tub and something is wrong with this one. Had a pipe burst because of freezing weather but Village Realty responded within minutes and had it fixed in less than an hour.
