Our family had a wonderful stay. The house layout was perfect for us--having the kids' bedrooms on the same level as their parents gave everyone peace of mind. The pool was awesome, and there was ample room for play, quiet time, and grown-up conversation. We had one issue (wasps building nests on the deck) and the team responded promptly and went above and beyond in spraying the nests we found and more we hadn't! We loved the community too--the beach trollies were so convenient and the clubhouse had a lot of fun activities. Overall, a wonderful week at the beach!- Posted: 7/6/2024

This was a great house that had all of the amenities you need for a wonderful beach stay! The house was appropriately decorated and comfortable in just about every way. The only thing missing was a view, but the pool and deck space was wonderful. Lots of pine trees around the deck and front driveway spaces so a little clean up is required, and a mid-week pool cleaning service wouldve been nice, as weve had that at homes in the past. My husband & I, along with our kids and grandkids, stayed in your home over the Memorial Day weekend. What a lovely home! You have all the amenities we could have asked for. Inside was clean and very nice. Outside needs upkeep. We couldnt even use the screened in porch because of all the spiders and cobwebs. We had to call somebody to come clean the pool and pool area because it was dirty. Over all the outside needed a lot of work and cleaning. The set up of the house was very nice. Lots of room on each floor. For multiple families. Trolly to the beach and beach valet were definitely a plus! Would recommend this house if they cleaned and kept up the outside.- Posted: 7/11/2023
We loved our home away from home at this house! The layout was amazing and accommodating. The location was wonderful. We brought our bikes and was able to ride throughout the club to view the houses and golf course on a great biking trail. The fitness center, playground, and courts were close by. The staff at the gate and in the center were very friendly and welcoming. There were events (Easter egg hunt) that we were able to partake in. I couldn`t say enough about this house and Curritick Club, but I can say to schedule your family vacation here now!- Posted: 7/11/2023

We had a WONDERFUL getaway at Sweet Caroline. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to gorgeous beaches, private pool and hot tub, and use of the golf cart! Sweet Caroline is comfortable, clean and very well maintained and in an excellent location with plenty of space; we enjoyed using the middle floor as the "kids" area. At Sweet Caroline, you are less than 5 minutes by golf cart to beautiful, clean and spacious beaches, grocery store, and restaurants. We even used the community basketball courts. The house is very well appointed - every kitchen implement you`d need, plenty of pool toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, games, outdoor seating options, etc. It was easy to have other OBX adventures as well - dunes, biplane rides, beaches in other communities etc. The owners were virtually immediately responsive to questions and even had the grill replaced (same day!) The pool was cleaned at least twice during our two-week visit.We would highly recommend Sweet Caroline and will definitely be back.- Posted: 5/1/2020
