Enjoy classic vacation style in this Currituck Club home situated on the 9th fairway. Five large bedrooms, including two luxurious en-suites with jetted tubs, provide plenty of room for your family. An elegant game suite featuring a pool table, shuffleboard table, poker/game table, Golden Tee arcade game, and a wet bar will provide hours of fun. A 9’ x 25’ private pool, hot tub, putting green (putters and golf balls provided) are the many outdoor amenities that place this home in a category by itself.
Granite countertops, custom hardwood, and tile work are featured throughout the house. Other amenities available to you at the home are five bedrooms including three with private baths, five and a half bathrooms, Roku TVs with cable, a gas fireplace, pantry, and outdoor shower.
The Currituck Club community amenities include pools and tennis, trolley service* to the beach in season, basketball, fitness center, volleyball, and playgrounds. These are available on check-in and check-out days to expand your vacation time.
Pets allowed - dogs only (2 max). No smoking/vaping. Trolleys run from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

House show it’s wear at the end of a rental season and the mattresses need replacing. Nice fenced in yard, dog friendly and very good hot tub.- Posted: 10/6/2024

We had a wonderful stay for our family vacation. Between the house having so much to do and the amenities included in the community, we didn’t even need to leave! But when we did, the beach was nearby and easy to get to with the included shuttle service. The pools were clean and accessible as well. Our host kept their home so organized, it was easy to keep up with our things while there. Finally, the host/village realty were so easy to communicate with and responsive. The Hole 9 Yards was an amazing vacation home for my family. We stayed 3 weeks and felt this house had everything we need for comfort and fun. The location was terrific, walkable to the clubhouse and all amenities yet private and quiet. The porches were our favorite morning and evening spots, the bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable, and Village Realty was incredibly responsive to all our needs. This house was very welcoming, accommodating and comfortable. The owners had a informative notebook about their beach home along with local activities, restaurants and even favorite recipes. They had all of the light switches and door locks labeled. Every kitchen cabinet and drawer had a laminated picture and list of what you will find in that specific area. There were puzzles, books and games, along with a pool table and shuffleboard. There were also outside games and pool equipment. You can tell the owners are very detail oriented and want to make sure the guests using their home feel right at home.- Posted: 7/1/2023
