There are plenty of large windows, balconies and decks to maximize your views from all sides of the house. Walk out onto the deck off the second floor loft and be blown away by this birds-eye view of The Currituck Sound. There are 2 built-in benches so you will always have a place to sit and enjoy, what could be perhaps, the best view of The Currituck Sound on the northern OBX. The ships watch is the perfect place to read a book or enjoy the sun rise.
Amenities abound for your next Outer Banks vacation at 'The Edge of Reality.' Outside enjoy the large private pool area with 28' x 14' pool and outdoor speakers, multi-level decks, hot tub, and screened porch. Inside offers plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax, from the Great Room with living / kitchen / dining areas to the separate recreation room with pool table, and tucked away den, sitting and loft areas. Other features include WiFi, a wet bar, outdoor grill, and outside shower.
There are fantastic community amenities to enjoy at The Currituck Club as well: access to tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard, fitness center, playground, community pools and a trolley service (Memorial Day through Labor Day) to the beach.

We stayed at Unit: CC188, 658 Loblolly Court We arranged to rent this unit for our family reunion, in addition to two other units. We schedule the reunions for every other year and this was the first time at the Outer Banks. The feedback, from almost everyone who came, was that this was an excellent choice, far exceeding our expectations. CC188 is a beautiful home with plenty of room in each of the bedrooms, a very spacious and open kitchen, dining, and living room arrangement. It has very beautiful interior wood decor with a nice comfortable, "homey" atmosphere. There are beautiful views of the outdoors from many different places in the house. The pool was a real treat and got plenty of use. It had all the amenities that we needed. The trolley rides to the beach were a plus! A great place for a week's vacation!! A. R. Hayner and family - - - - - - - - - - PRIVATE Comments for Village Realty only: We appreciate your being responsive to a couple of needs that we had: 1) Upon arrival, we did not have a key in either lock box, and we did not have any notification of the lock box number? 2) The Outdoor Grill did not work 3) The sliding glass door in bottom level was very difficult to move. 4) Need instructions to lock doors. Great Place, Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay at The Edge Of Reality. The property was well equipped and met all of our expectations. If there was any complaint... the cleaning crew did a sub par job prior to our arrival, which isn't the property owners fault.
