The newly renovated Magicality, situated on one of the highest elevations in the Currituck Club, is your getaway offering amazing ocean, sound, nature, and golf course scenery. Bring your binoculars to watch hawks, osprey, buzzards, and eagles soar by at deck level! The many windows offer breathtaking panoramic views from the Currituck Sound to the Atlantic Ocean and the sunrise and sunsets will forever be in your memories. At dusk, enjoy relaxing in a deck chair for a night of cosmic sightseeing of planets, shooting stars and constellations on the expansive decking.
This spectacular vacation home features plenty of room for family and friends to gather in the great room. The gourmet kitchen features 2 ovens, a GE flat top stove in the island, microwave, 3 sinks and 2 dishwashers that the chef in the family will love. This spacious home offers over-sized bedrooms including two large king size master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom containing a walk-in shower and jetted tub and an additional king size bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. The large 2nd floor tower bedroom has a queen size bed with its own private bathroom. The 5th bedroom has two pyramid bunk beds with trundle beds underneath for plenty of young children or grandchildren. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with smart TVs and wireless access throughout the house. No need to worry about carrying everything up the stairs or to the basement rec room, use the in-home elevator for that convenience.
The large lower level rec room has a custom Connelly billiard table, microwave, a wet bar with wine cooler and a mini refrigerator with freezer compartment, along with an additional full-sized fridge for storing extra groceries. There is ample seating for everyone to enjoy fun family game time, complete with a sleep sofa and a full bathroom. Take a dip in your own private pool with 2 outdoor showers or relax in the hot tub which are both accessible from the rec room. Practice putting while relaxing on the TCooled artificial grass around the new pool - putters are provided. There's plenty of parking in the driveway and the garage is available for guest use. The new owners have put a lot of TLC into refurbishing this house and have given it their Magic touch!

Outer Banks Trip
The house was very clean. We had a very relaxing time. Even though there were a few rainy days we were still able to use the pool and enjoy a few golf games.- Posted: 7/31/2024

We have stayed in many rentals over the years & while some of the decor may have been outdated or not what I would have chosen for a beach home, this is by far one of the best kept rentals we have ever stayed in. There was not a single leaking faucet, burned out light bulb, damp space, etc wrong with this place. It is truly well-kept and in excellent shape. The pool is a great size and the putting green is a fun addition. There’s also a few games outside plus a closet full of floats, pool toys, and beach items available. One of our favorite places was the kitchen. It was stocked with anything and everything you can imagine to cook with or that you can possibly need. The only thing I might would change there is that it needs a bigger fridge or a drink fridge in the upstairs kitchen. There is another fridge downstairs, but it is inconvenient to go downstairs if you are having meals upstairs. Overall, this is an excellent home that I would highly recommend.- Posted: 7/20/2024

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was the cleanest we have rented. Even though the weather wasn't the greatest we still were able to use the pool and enjoy the golf feature. Having the pool table was a nice feature on rainy nights also.- Posted: 5/25/2024

We absolutely loved Magicality! We have been coming to Corolla for 25 years and this is by far our favorite house yet! We cannot wait to book again for next year! The house is fully stocked with so many extras that usual rentals don’t have! There is enough space and the layout & elevator were perfect for the elderly members of our party! We really liked the layout of the house, the children called it the castle! The house was well equipped and had everything needed. The bugs were everywhere on the outside of the house and in the garage. They seemed to be out more at night attracted by light but didnt stop any of our activities. We rented a golf cart for the week and used it to go everywhere. We would rent it again.- Posted: 7/11/2023

Beautiful house with amazing amenities!!!Fantastic for large family/friend groups staying altogether. Kids loved the putt-putt course in the back yard and hot tub was a big hit!!Kitchen was well equipped and a great central spot in the house for socializing but plenty of space for everyone to spread out as well.- Posted: 10/1/2021

Beautiful home and one of the nicest areas I have ever stayed. We rented this home for my 40th birthday and had an amazing time. We had multiple families and children. The kids loved the pool areas where they could play in the pool or play the mini 18 hole putting green. I will be back for sure next year and we can’t wait to return. This beach house was amazing! The location is perfectly convenient to anything in the Corolla area. The neighborhood is safe. I ran many miles by myself in the early hours and felt completely comfortable. The scenery is beautiful, very relaxing. Had activities for kids- tie dye, ice cream, horse tour, shopping, and grocery store all within 1 mile away from our home. We wouldn’t have had to even leave the house, though. There is golf, even at the pool, hot tub, pool, great speakers in the home for music, walks in the area, ect. The kitchen is huge and eating space more than. sufficient. The house was pristine clean, up to date. Every amenity you need and then some. The beach has many option, we went to the 4x4 beaches but there is a trolley that would have taken us where we would have gone without a truck. We saw wild horses on the beach. It isn’t overly crowded at all. Overall we wouldn’t consider going to any other beach house. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you for so many great memories!- Posted: 8/1/2020
