My guests and I enjoyed the salt water pool and hot tub overlooking the golf course and we saw beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped with awesome appliances. All the furnishings were comfortable, including the bedrooms. The neighborhood was safe, quite and convenient to Duck, Corolla Village and the Harris Teeter. We had a fantastic stay and Village Realty was very responsive to our needs!!!

Almost thought this place was too good to be true. But it wasn’t. Beautiful home, with lots of space. Very clean. Beds were not the most comfortable but that could just be a preference thing. Great view of the water and gold course. Harris Teater is 3 mins away, which is great! Would deff revisit again.

Village Realty was a great company to work with through the whole process of our vacation. Sea & Tee is a wonderful home that had everything you could want in a vacation home. The house is very clean and comfortable. The pool is amazing and the view from the back of the home is breathtaking. We had 9-12 people throughout our stay and had plenty of space. The neighborhood is beautiful with so much to do. We did rent golf carts for the week which was great getting around in. Having the golf discount was a bonus that we used many times. We hope to be back next year. Thank you Sea & Tee and Village Realty for a great time!

We had a great time at this home. It's beautiful! a short drive to the beach. I recommend the beach access and parking lot on Sailfish Road. it's bigger. Or, the house has a shuttle bus you can use. It's in a great location, lots to do.

We had 11 stay at the house and there was plenty of room for us (a bit tight when we had an extra 5 for a night midweek). The double dining table fit us all with space to spare. The bumper pool was a huge hit with the kids. Pool was huge, hot tub was great, the decks were amazing. We had a small problem with the screened in room - loads of midges and spiders - but Village Realty came and cleaned it up allowing my California family to sit and enjoy the thunderstorms we had one night. The beach valet was fantastic. The sound system with detailed instructions was great. Beds were comfortable, House was clean, perfect vacation for us. I recommend using delivery genie for groceries to be there upon arrival and renting a golf cart was fun and helpful. The grill was on natural gas so no worries about running out of propane. The horseshoe pit was fun.

We spent a memorable Memorial Day long weekend at Sea and Tee. It was everything - and more - than we anticipated. Everything was impeccable. The house, the neighborhood, and surroundings enchanted during the whole visit. While our days were full with outdoor activities, our evenings were spent playing cards, enjoying the colossal collection of films, and gasping at the sunsets from the deck. Our mornings included coffee with views of the sound and a warm breeze that portended yet another splendiferous day. We travel a great deal and this is truly one of the few places to which we must return. Kudos to everyone and everything that makes this house feel like home.

We had a great vacation with family from 82 to 13 months. We had everything we needed...the pool was wonderful, golf was great at the reduced rate...kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, ping pong was a bonus and kept the younger crowd entertained. Crib, stroller and high chair were great, no need to haul from home. We also had the house next door, so 26 were accommodated very well. We will definitely look into returning.

Awesome place for big families to enjoy. The pool is perfect if you have kids. The grocery store and the beach are 5 minutes away. Would definitely recommend.
