This spectacular vacation home features a gourmet kitchen, and a 14' x 28' private Saltwater Pool with a large pool deck in an enclosed and private backyard. There is plenty of dining & entertaining space & wraparound decks on every floor. The Northern location is perfectly situated to enjoy the quiet setting, yet very convenient to main entrance, fitness center, club house, shopping and dining.
The Currituck Club is one of the most popular vacation destination spots on the entire Outer Banks of North Carolina. This secluded, gated community is close to wonderful Corolla attractions and offers great golf, community pools and tennis courts, bike paths and even trolley service (from Memorial Day through Labor Day) to take you to the beach and back.
Take a swim in the large private saltwater pool, unwind in the hot tub to your favorite music, or enjoy a cold beverage on one of the Adirondack chairs. The chef in the family will love the kitchen with the 5 burner Thermador gas range and GE Appliances, or cook outside on the grill. The Great Room on the 3rd floor is perfect for family and friends to relax after enjoying all that the OBX has to offer. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and features a flat screen LED TV. The 2nd floor master bedroom is a comfortable retreat, complete with a sitting area and private bath with double shower and soaker tub. The recreation room on the 1st floor features a Foosball table, pub table, wet bar and access to the pool. Outdoor games include cornhole and Ping-Pong and the outdoor shower is great to wash off sand from the beach or just refresh on a hot day.

House was clean, and we felt right at home. Had plenty of amenities. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We had found many places to go and eat within a short distance to drive. Definitely would recommend this house.- Posted: 6/15/2024

It was very nice and the home was ready a little bit early and in good condition and clean. There were ants in the walk in pantry so we avoided that area and didn't put food there. We understand it's August and the beach so...but maybe some ant traps would be helpful? Overall the home was very nice and clean. The pool was great as was the hot tub. We had no issues despite the Tropical Storm Idalia. A very pleasant stay. :)- Posted: 9/1/2023

Great house that accommodated 6 adults and 2 children. Kitchen well stocked. Pool was delightful. A grab bar in the bathroom on second level would be helpful. We went and purchased a bath mat for safety.- Posted: 8/1/2023

This was a great house and a quiet secluded location, which was nice for privacy. The pool area is really nice since it also has grass, which is unusual at the beach, and the grandkids loved playing cornhole. The top floor of the house is fabulous, with plenty of space for kids and grandkids with a very large sectional couch. Two tables for dining and barstools in the kitchen also made for plenty of seating to accommodate meals. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked, so everything we needed in a week rental at the beach. There were several working bikes in the garage which was a nice bonus, so I didn`t mind that a few bikes were not working since we didn`t expect to have any. We rented golf carts, so the bikes were not needed but we enjoyed a few rides during the week, so it was nice to have them.The only negative was the outside of the house was in need of power washing as it was full of bugs and dirt but that may have been due to the end of the season so I would not take away any stars for that. First floor hallway carpets were badly stained when we arrived, but I called Village Realty to let them know and they were very receptive to our feedback and I`m sure they will be cleaned. We were overall very happy with the house and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend this property to others and Village Realty was very nice to work with.- Posted: 7/10/2023

The pool area is large and inviting a great way to spend the afternoon. All the bedrooms are large and bed we`re comfortable. Top floor great room accommodated our party of 7 to eat cook and watch movies. The rec room is a bit small but I vacation in obx to stay outside as much as possible. We rented a golf cart for easy access to the beach. I would highly recommend this home and plan on returning. Village realty was awesome we had one small issue and they were all over it. Great House. Clean, secluded and awesome pool. This was our 1st time staying in the Currituck Club and we loved it. A golf cart to get around is strongly recommended and worth it. We had a great time at Barefoot at the Banks.- Posted: 7/10/2023

House was beautiful, clean and our expectations were beyond met. Had two minor issues which were resolved very quickly. One of the issues was after Village hours and we notified the on-call service who were less than helpful and very rude. However, Village Realty (Ashley) made things right quickly. My family throughly enjoyed our stay! From the moment we pulled in, the house was gorgeous and ready for our stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most. The kitchen was well stocked with all of our cooking needs. We had a couple small issues with AC upstairs, one of the Jets in hot tub…both were addressed immediately!
