If relaxation and rejuvenation are on your list you can find it all here, with your private, saltwater pool and six en suite bedrooms. After all of the restful time, you'll be ready for some foosball in the lower level game room or head to the garage and try a game of pool. The open great room offers comfy seating for movie time, dining, and a well-equipped kitchen with two dishwashers to prepare some favorite and new recipes. There is plenty of room to relax and space to spend time with family to create lasting vacation memories at Sidebar.

We really enjoyed our time at this fantastic property. The house was well appointed, clean and just as described. The amenities included in the community were used and appreciated by my party. The ease of going back and forth to the beach by trolley was wonderful. Overall, it was a terrific experience.

My family and I loved our stay at Sandbar, the house was almost perfect, only problems we could find with it was we couldn’t get the kitchen fridge to make ice (which may have been operator error), the fridge downstairs was leaking from somewhere. Other than that, I think the house was great. Unfortunately the red flags were up at the beach our first couple of days, but the pool was great. Overall our vacation was great and village realty was great as well.

The accommodations were wonderful. everything was clean and very comfortable for our family vacation of 15. We would definitely book it again.
